Usually a pretty good store and I used to buy a lot of clothing her until I moved away.
Recently whilst on holiday I was so pleased to see BOOTCUT jeans I just grabbed 3 pairs in my size.
When I got home I discovered that they were all jegging style (even though the labels didn't say this), so I've got 3 pairs of pull on jeans I detest. Worse than that is that they are sized wrong! They are at LEAST 1 size smaller!! I've bought my sized jeans from 3 different stores no problem, so I know it's not me. I bought jeans for years from Peacocks they used to be absolutely spot on, so reliable, Inever needed to try them on, I never had a problem. This experience has put me off buying anything from them. What the heck is going on with womens sizing??

Today I visited the Hoddesdon branch (Hertfordshire) had the most lovely greeting with a smiling lady, she was so lovely! All the staff in this branch are so helpful and friendly unlike the staff in Waltham Cross branch. I will always go to Hoddesdon now. Hannah was so knowledgeable and helpful and sorted my returns no problem. I will definitely go back here

Ordered for next day delivery a week later no parcel nightmare

Fantastic service from Fatme-Aicha when I contacted customer services over my missing parcel. Established straight away that there was an issue with my address and arranged for a replacement parcel to be dispatched the next day.

Parcel has arrived today and I am delighted with the items I have received. Great quality for the price!

Bought a set of 4 pairs of pants. All sold as the same size . Two fitted lovely, all good. Unfortunately one was a little tight and not that comfortable, so after second wear, I threw them out as they just dug in too much. The final pair were way smaller than the others, super uncomfortable and left a red raw line round my waist and at the sides so were thrown out after one use, hugely different in size from the others. So for £6 for 4 pairs, I've only kept 2. Very poor. How can 4 pair of pants be obviously different sizes?

So as per my previous review I am having issues with an exchange/refund for my 92 year old mother. So after 2 calls to customer service to register my complaint I have never received a reply. So emailed Saturday got a reply on Sunday morning from Brandon, great thought we were getting somewhere. I sent images of the information he required on Monday. It is now Thursday and I have received no response for my email and so obviously no conclusion to the matter. I am complaining about customer service and this is just compounding the issue with the latest lack of response.

My order hadn't arrived i emailed customer service and they were excellent in sorting out my order immediately. I didn't expect to hear of them straight away as it was a weekend but that didn't matter. I was immediately offered a refund or replacement.
Excellent service. I like peacocks and find their clothes are lovely and good quality.

I had trouble with a blue light discount not working I emailed customer service and the issue was resolved in about 5 mins. Amazing customer service from Fatme-Aicha

Spoke to Brandon this afternoon after an issue with order. Very efficient in sorting out my issue, and refund issued.

Customer service- Fatme helped organise a redelivery for my parcel which I did not receive and a refund for the product now out of stock.

I bought two packs of the non-VPL midi knickers which were a perfect fit when I put them on. However, within 15 minutes of wearing and walking about in them, they slipped right down. I took the unworn set back to ask for a refund and they refused. I explained that they were not fit for purpose, totally unusable for me, but they still refused to refund or give me a credit note. Will never buy from them again…totally unreasonable and no sign anywhere that underwear will not be refunded under ANY circumstances… manager was rude in Uckfield…not a good experience

Excellent customer service from Brandon. I've contacted Peacocks as Evri has delayed my delivery, and I had no update from them. Brandon has arranged for a replacement to be posted to me with express delivery. Much appreciated!

I wish I had read these awful reviews before buying from Peacocks online
I have returned items to this company over 2 weeks ago .No refund as they have not received items .I have proof of postage but they say the refund lies with Evri ? Evri havecsaid they won't issue it as Peacocks should do it .
Customer service is appalling. They dont bother to read emails with the facts .

Ordered some festive shirts to take away for Christmas.
Paid extra for speedy delivery .
They never arrived.
After some emails I was issued with a refund in january ...However not the express postage charge.
Several emails later to customer service and they have never even bothered to acknowledge my complaint.
Tried ringing can't get through .

Had a problem with an EVRI non delivery again! Spoke to customer service who immediately offered to resend the order. Checked again through webchat with Brandon who confirmed the reorder is on its way.

I ordered on line and paid for express delivery, that is delivery within 48 hours. The next day i was messaged to say my parcel was being delivered. It didnt arrive, nor did it arrive the next day. No explanation was offered. The next day(day 3) it finally arrived with 2 adress labels, one on top of the other meaning it had gone to the wrong adress I assume, covered in mud. Peacocks refused to refund the express delivery as they say it came within the 48 hours. They must have more than 24hrs in their days? No appology just a very blunt person on the phone which i had to resort to after no explaination was offered via email.(several of them).I wont be using them again.

I have issue with refund process but Brandon was very kind and explained how I can sort this problem.
