Staff are fantastic
I purchased a car at the end of November, and the entire process could not have been simpler. Everyone I dealt with was excellent, from start to finish.
A special shoutout to Rob Moss in Sales for his outstanding assistance and to Kirsty in Servicing, who went above and beyond to look after me while my car was having some touch-ups.
The management team also played a key role in ensuring everything went smoothly. Highly recommend this dealership for their exceptional customer service and attention to detail!
Service department at Renault did a service based on wrong carl
Service at Renault Parks East Kilbride.
Service done based on wrong model of car. Couldn’t find faults I had listed saying it was a feature of the car. I doubt it was even a feature of the model they thought they were servicing. Phone call for review resulted in promise of call from mechanic which hasn’t happened and offer to rewrite record of service changing to the
actual car.
21st. January. Call from service manager. Shown video of faults. Agreed the whole thing was unacceptable .
Offered to redo service based on correct model and fix faults. Promised that if this meant keeping the car overnight then a courtesy car would be provided. Phoned to say that they would need it overnight but no courtesy car other than a hire car from Europcar which would take 3 days. A shambles.
Parks Landrover Inverness.Very Disappointing
My car recently went (after a months wait) in for a misfire on startup and a possible oil leak from the rear axle. There were fault codes stored in the ecm indicating number 4 glow plug/ circuit as diagnosed by the AA (JLR breakdown service). I received the car back with ‘no fault found’ and cited a possible injector fault which there never has been. The oil leak was diagnosed as a leaking engine casing and bolts had been ‘tightened and re torqued’ funny, as there was no leak from the engine. These guys just wasted my time and risked potential further issues due to the glow plugs not working correctly and lied about the oil leak.
It’s a shame because last time it went in for a similar issue no 1 glow plug that time, they were spot on and fixed it. I really feel for those who just drive their cars and trust the dealerships to do the right thing in a transparent way. I’m lucky I’ve been in the motor repair trade for 45 years a know what goes on under the bonnet recognise when I’m being fobbed off I’ve now got to wait another month before It can be looked at and hopefully repaired.
Parks Hyundai Carlisle does not exist
Loaned 3 cars on finance via Parks Hyundai in carlisle. First car, no issues and great customer service. Second car (i20) had a bolt fall out of the engine mid-drive (two months after a service) and the engine blew. It was just over two years old.
Third car (i30) broke down yesterday, just over 3 years old and serviced/MOT passed a few months ago. Hyundai assist couldn’t be more helpful. I rang parks Carlisle to let them know that the vehicle would be recovered to them, like my last breakdown. A colleague called me back to inform me that Parks Hyundai no longer exists and is transitioning to Arnold Clark, so do not have the vehicle recovered to them as they won’t accept it. But, Arnold Clark Hyundai isn’t open yet so cannot help either. I was told they “think” there is a Hyundai dealer 30 miles away, and I must take it to a Hyundai dealer for genuine parts. My service plan is through Parks Hyundai Carlisle and dated until 2025, and no one can give me a clear answer if this will be transitioned over, or if I’ve been paying £24 a month for thin air.
Parks customers should have been informed that the company is transitioning over, for cases like this. Email or letter would have done. Even a phone call or text to let customers know. It adds to the stress and anxiety of already having an issue with your car.
Parks East Kilbride - Dacia
Spoke with Jonathon on the Monday and took delivery of a brand new jogger on the Saturday. Jonathon took care of everything including the transfer of private plates and nothing was too much trouble and that included turning up initially with the dog in the car and the grand kids when collecting the new car. So far absolutely no issues but if there was I have confidence they will be sorted. Cannot praise Jonathon and his colleagues highly enough a pleasure to deal with.
Parks Service Carlisle... Fantastic Experience...
I took my car to Park's Carlisle for its scheduled service, and MOT, having bought it from Parks East Kilbride, in January this year, at the same time as relocating to the area from Glasgow. The car had been purchased by the previous owner new from Parks East Kilbride, and this was my first experience of using Parks service department. From start to finish, my whole experience with Parks service Carlisle has been outstanding: from the friendly booking reminder to tell me that the car was due for it's service and MOT, being kept informed of its progress (and costs...) via video messages, to collecting my completed car, freshly valeted.
The customer service, particularly from Hayley and her colleague at Service Reception (my apologies, I didn't get the lady's name...) was friendly, professional and, ultimately, flawless. They even took me home while the car was being serviced, and picked me back up to collect my car later in the day, and looked after by Ati, Park's driver who, again, was the consumate professional...
A fantastic job, competitively priced, and facilitated by a matchless team. I have no hesitation in recommending Parks service Carlisle, and commend the staff mentioned to you, and Parks management...
Parks Hyundai Service
Parks Hyundai Service
Tuscon was due 1st service at just over 3k miles and and requested at time of booking to check parking sensor blockage error Booked drop and wait as had to take time off work. 2 1/2 hrs for basic service and not even looked at parking sensor issue (which is a warranty issue). No explanation why not addressed as the Hyundai Service agent had gone to lunch. Poor customer service.Would be more effective rectifying warranty faults than offering to wash and vac your car! Will try and book warranty job with another franchise
David of Parks Aberdeen is a star
David, of Parks Aberdeen was wonderfully patient with my changing of decisions and talked me through things clearly. The car I finally bought, a new Toyota Yaris, definitely suits me.
Full marks for Mat.
Recent replacement of my Ford Focus at Park’s Inverness with new model was handled efficiently and courteously thanks to Mateusz C.

Excellent experience at Parks Inverness Land Rover
Parks Inverness Land Rover
I cannot recommend Parks Land Rover Inverness highly enough, the service I have received in the purchase of my new Defender has been exceptional at all levels, the sales executive Bartlomiej Przeworski was excellent, knowledgeable and so helpful in recommendations and always keeping me informed and up to date at all stages of the sales and build of my car, Norman Nelson the Business Manager who secured me an excellent deal and ensured the finance process was so smooth and hassle free again with excellent communication at all times. This weekend I had the handover and everyone was so excited at the dealership for me to receive my new car and made it really special experience, Eddie Frew the Head of Business took the time and came to personally ensure everything ran smoothly and he clearly runs an excellent dealership with service at the heart of everything his team do. Well done Eddie & Parks Inverness you are to be congratulated on an excellent team of people and I would highly recommended Parks Land Rover Inverness to anyone considering purchasing a JLR vehicle for a highly personalised and exceptional experience.
Parks East Kilbride very poor experience
My daughter went to parks East Kilbride store to buy her first car. She was asked if she wanted a service plan and guarantee with the car to which she said no anyway guarantee of 399 was added on anyway along with 50 fuel charge, we noticed this when signing online documents and so called and told salesman graham barrie that she didn't want the guarantee plan and that adding fuel onto her finance agreement would mean she was paying back interest on her fuel. Instead of apologising and saying it had been a miscommunication he argued my daughter had said she wanted the guarantee and that he would still advise she took it. I asked to speak to the manager but instead he went to speak to his manager and he finallly said he'd take the guarantee and fuel off the price. When my daughter collected the car we noticed the tank was on the red so he had either drained the car of the fuel or never put fuel in it in the first place !! This wasn't a good experience for my 18year old daughter buying her first car and wont use this company again. Buying your first car should be a good experience
Lack of product information
I purchased the Road hero kit for my Renault Austral on 10/09/24. I was unaware that because of space taken up for the 12v battery in the boot recess the space saver tyre would not fit and takes up all of the boot space required for shopping.
I feel that I should have been advised by Parks that due to the size of the 12v battery the tyre would have to sit on the parcel shelf, which takes up all available storage space in the boot. The spare tyre is 18 inches and the car tyres are 20 inches, when I discovered the issue on collection I decided that it was not suitable but was informed that it was unreturnable. I realise now that before purchasing I should have asked to see the product in place in vehicle, which would have given me the information that the product was of no use to me.
After contacting Renault customer care there has been a disappointing response.

Shame zero rating unavailable
Shame zero rating unavailable. They have had my vehicle now for seven months and despite being under warranty remains unrepaired. It is beyond belief, they are hostile and uncaring. For a vehicle to remain at a main dealer for SEVEN months is unbelievable. If you value customer service avoid PMG. Interesting 5 star reviews relate to uncomplicated purchases and 1 star relate to customer service (or lack thereof)
Good Helpful advice
Went to parks Hyundai Irvine, spoke to Grant who was very pleasant and gave me good advice.much better experience than when I bought the vehicle when I never received a spare key .
This is one of the best dealerships in…
This is one of the best dealerships in Ayrshire. I've just bought my second car an Audi A8 and the price, condition, the service history were excellent. I compared the model with others from many websites throughout Britain and none of them bettered the deal I got from this dealership. My last car, a low mileage A4 avant I've had for nearly 2 years and it hasn't needed a single repair and ran like a dream. Only cost in this time was 4 new tyres and a few services all of which were carried out ultra professionally and when they said they would. The staff are friendly and very professional and when they do things I know they're done. It's more alike to an established old family business than a franchise or whatever of the huge parks organisation. My latest car was really reasonably priced, it was given a years mot, a full service and I've a comprehensive 1 year guarantee which I probably won't use but gtp reassuring the trust they have in their stock. I'd seriously advice people to have a look at parks Honda for great new cars, great used cars and the fairest dealership I've visited in my motoring history.

Don't be fooled by the service they offer when trying to sell a car to you. Once sold, this company couldn't care less. I wrote to the head office to lodge a formal complaint and the reply I received was disgusting.
Lexus RX 450h purchase
Recently bought a Lexus RX 450h from Park's Aberdeen Toyota. Excellent and Professional Service shown from the Salesman, Stuart Johnson. Knowledge and expertise was superb during our test drive and the subsequent car purchase. If you are in the market for a Toyota/Lexus new or used car, do not hesitate to contact Park's Aberdeen or any other branch in Scotland. You will not be disappointed.

Purchased an electric Renault Zoe from Parks in 2021 with a battery lease . I was looking to trade it in for another Zoe . Contacted Parks East Kilbride and was advised they wouldn’t accept my Zoe ( that I had originally bought from them ! ) unless it it was traded in for another Zoe on battery lease - oh and the trade in offered was £1000 !! These sharks are still selling battery lease Zoes - beware !
First class service from Stuart
