You may not lose all items but some. the unboxing and repacking at their Mumbai office is a grey area. Some nice items are lost and interestingly the cctv footage is shared upon request but the specific cctv footage for the item stolen is automatically deleted according to them.

Had to send 30 KG worth of goods to my sister in Australia from India; the parcel was picked up the next day after booking the service. Usually, packaging is done at your doorstep, but since my goods were pretty big, they recommended doing it at their warehouse, which I was okay with.
