Absolutely amazing service from Parcel Chief! I had the pleasure of interacting with Sakina, who ensured my parcel was picked up the very next day and delivered to the USA within 5-7 days — exactly as promised. The entire process was smooth and stress-free.

It was a smooth experience from start to end. Wanted to get parcel from Bengaluru to Australia and initially was bit worried since it was first time using parcel chief. Hussain made the process easy with timely communication and update. Reasonably priced and parcel was delivered on time. Will use their service again.

Parcel chief, A great international courier service
I'm happy to share that the parcel moved securely and rapidly from Mumbai to Aberdeen, UK . I found Parcel Chief a good and reliable courier agency.
However, I'm unhappy with the inland courier who took it 10 days to carry it from my hometown to Mumbai.

Hi, This is AM Wilson from Kochi, Kerala I approach Parcel chief for sending household items and snacks to Germany. They clearly explained through email about what all are the items can be sent and rates for courier charges and time duration to deliver. Then I took photographs of items and total weight and dimensions of the package after their confirmation i packed items and informed. They arranged pickup from my door with tracking ID every update they delivered in time. The rates are very affordable with no hiden charges and especially Sakeena Ma'am thank u for all the updates. Absolutely amazing!! Right from me giving them a confirmation about using their services, till it gets delivered, they take care of every minute detail.
Right from pickup at Coimbatore till delivery in the Netherlands, entire transaction was covered in the amount mentioned by them; and the amount was mentioned once the package reached their office at Mumbai. No additional customs duty payment to be done by me or the receiver. Just handover the courier from my doorstep and transfer the money once it reaches Mumbai and comfortably sit back and wait for it to reach the destination.
I was kept informed about every single step taken. My every call / email was addressed immediately. Though they shared the tracking details with me, they never missed to update the details through mail. The package was received in the Netherlands intact with no damage or any issue.
