A promised 3 day delivery took 6 days.

I used the chat service on 17/Mar. as I needed to get a package delivered ASAP from Galway to Mayo, I was informed that the pick-up service would be done the next day 18/Mar. I pointed out that the 18th was a bank holiday and that another service could guarantee a pick up on 19 Mar, I was assured it would be picked up on 18th, so I proceeded with the drop-off. The packaged was not picked up until Tues 22/Mar. and delivered 24/Mar. the alternative service would have delivered on the 21/Mar. I am very unhappy with both the service and the information provided, as I let down a very valued customer.

Paid for parcel del.. Never collected but took the money.. No direct contact unless u want to talk to a bot.. Its a rip off service with absolutely no come back.. Never use them!!
It should be liiegal to take money for a service and provide nothing, and no way of chasing it up...

Very bad service

Very bad service. I paid and requested drop to a location. The location no longer took parcels. The response to my predicament was you will have to pay extra for home delivery.

Parcel2Go review

I start using Parcel2Go when the Pandemie start and i couldn't go to visit my grandchildren. Since 2020 i sending every 2-3 months parcels to Holland and never i haven't any problems. Then i am happy with this company and i recommend to everybody to use. Thank you!

Cant seem to get items collected

Cant seem to get items collected. Several times they failed to collect. Twice spent an hour on the customer services who wernt helpful at all, promised refunds for the failed collections, but never got this either.

After waiting for a collection everyday…

After waiting for a collection everyday abnd despite multiple rebookings, my parcel was bot collected. I eventually gave up abd rebooked with a rival parcel company who collected the folling day and delivered to my customer the day after.
I am still waiting for a refund from parcel to go.......never again.....and I woukd tell others not to bother with this usless service either

Well the website was easy to use and I got a good price for my parcel to Germany with DPD. It was cheaper than using DPD own website. The problem I had was that the tracking number I got from Parcel2go did not work at all. And there is no Phone or Direct Email to contact them directly.
I tried and that was very disappointing. My parcel got there alright but I had to go to DPD directly to Track my parcel.
