Absolutely shocking service
Absolutely shocking service. Booked a package for delivery for Monday. Nobody called Monday or Tuesday. Can't login as website keeps crashing so can't see what's happening or cancel collection . Very disappointing. Waiting around for 2 days straight for a courier that never showed.

I wish I had read reviews before using this service(if you could call it a service)!! I returned items before Christmas to retailer as they didn't fit. I was advised that delivery would be made by 30/12/22. Despite 2 emails to parcel2go, I had no communication from them. My parcel landed back on my doorstep. I was told my courier that invoice should have been outside of parcel so that it could be seen duty paid. When I contacted parcel2go I was informed that I should not have used this service as it was neither a gift or sold item.This is not indicated anywhere on their website. They refused to redeliver it free of charge. It is not a company I would recommend or ever use again and I will advise my colleagues of same. Terrible and unhelpful customer service.

If I could give zero stars I would. Booked a parcel to go international 2 days ago with Parcel2go FedEx, was supposed to be collected yesterday. Driver was a no show. The collection date was pushed out to today. I decided to contact P2G customer chat to find a definite collection time as I have been waiting home from work for this collection. So they tell me they don't really know why the parcel wasn't collected yesterday or when it was likely to be collected today or any other day. They told me they would reschedule collection again for the next working day to which I told them it needed to be collected today as it was already delayed. Needless to say they couldn't fulfill the service they sold me so I asked for a refund after them wasting 2 days of my time waiting at home for a mystery driver to arrive. And my parcel being delayed going to the recipient, which I needed to be delivered before Christmas. P2G are a typical example of automation and robots with no one to explain what's going on. Don't waste your time or energy on this utter joke of a company.
Update- fedex driver arrived about 2 hours after writing this review! Parcel was delivered in 4 working days from Eu to Aus. Very quick service especially considering its the week before Christmad. Still only giving 3 stars for the stress caused waiting for a driver to show up and lack of information from customer service.

Awful, avoid, really really really bad.
Awful, dreadful, avoid at ALL COSTS. Booked a collection 6 days in a row. Noone showed up for 4 of those days. 2 days someone showed up and said the parcel wasnt wrapped appropriately, it was rewrapped, they turned up again and said it still wasnt wrapped well enough. No phone call, no communication, no way to contact them.

Absolutely abysmal
Absolutely abysmal! This company should not be in operation. Lost my original documents that were to be in a court of law!! Then told me they were following up with UPS, but did not. I had to follow up. No updates given, no clarity and documents never found. Then closed my case due to “documents they requested not being given”. I never even got one email requesting any documentation. Absolutely disgusting. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

SHOCKINGLY BAD
Parcel was meant to be collected yesterday. Customer service assured me driver would be there by 6pm. Nobody came.
Today I was told the driver is on way. That was at 2pm. It is now 6.30pm and no sign of driver.
No phone number to call customer service - just an online chat which is rubbish.
No ability to contact the driver.
I AM SO FED UP!!!!!

Couldn't be worse
Couldn't be worse! Failed collection 2 times, then when they finally did pick it up - they lost it. After the delivery date was passed by about a week - and I paid for next day delivery as this was urgent, I found my parcel because they couldn't, or so they said. I then said I wanted it returned to sender, which they agreed to do, but it got lost again and stayed lost. I was promised a refund, which I still have not got EIGHT WEEKS LATER!
I am starting a case with small claims, so this will provide all the proof you need when the court contact you. I have had enough of contacting you only to be ignored or told the same thing 'we are working on it'.
I asked you in private to supply your full company name, address, registered number and telephone number for my court case, but you failed to do even this! Please provide it here. Does the law not requires you to be 'transparent'?

Well here we go again day 15 and more hours spent trying to find someone in Parcels2go to talk to me WILL SOMEONE PLEASE CALL ME still no call back no parcel delivered. Steph you say you contacted me privately well can you PLEASE tell me where you did that as i recieved no email no phone call

Impossible to Contact Support
I am going around in circles on looking for support on a parcel that has still to be delivered.
The parcel is in transit since September 28th, I paid a delivery guarantee fee by October 14th, and still showing awaiting drop off!!
When I try open an enquiry I get the message below, so I go back to the Irish website and continuously get the same message. I have no way of finding out where the parcel is, how to get it back or make a claim against the delivery guarantee.
Very frustrating!
This is the message I get:

Terrible terrible service.
Terrible terrible service.
First, once a courier option is selected and booked, there is a 50% chance the label will not generate and an error occurs. This means you've to request a refund and use another service.
Second, they lost two of my parcels worth €160. This caused a lot of hassle and gave a very poor reflection of my business to my customers. The solution? They refunded me one delivery fee of less than €7... disgraceful.

Spoke online with helpful representative last Thursday as parcel had not been collected previous day despite my waiting all day. Had to cancel collection , this was agreed with representative and I could rebook when refund was received. One week later I am still awaiting refund and when I track record of my parcel it still states “collected” ??????

Gives a good comparison when choosing a courier to use. Easy enough to create the delivery setup and reasonable price. Online customer service chat is generic with a poor enough algorithm one reason for dropping a star. Parcel tracking is good, my complaint was with UPS taking 13 days to deliver a small package to Slovakia!! when they said 3-4 days!!!

Should be called parcel2goMissing - after 4 months they still refuse to refund me. Keep asking for proof or collection when the courier didn't leave anything. Proof of non delivery - I'm the recipient! Do not use this company!

It was our first time using the service, unfortunately the parcel remainded at the drop off point for over a week before it was collected for delivery:- I do understand that this could have been partly our responsibility and unsure as to whether or not we were to notify where the parcel was left or not; we were unaware of the parcel not being delivered unti the customer came looking for it some 7 days later.
