I ordered a phone from Pandawill by confirming the price by asking their staff in live chat. Then got their letter asking for additional 85$.

I told with live chat again and now they are telling me they will cancel the offer if i dont pay the additional money.

Buy something from them only if you belive you are lucky enough and love the risk

I bought a Hyundai T7 which arrived in 2 weeks in great condition. Then I've ordered a case for it which didn't arrived after 2 months, I've opened a PayPal case and received my money back, next day after refund the case shows up in the mail. Paid back the money and enjoyed my purchase.

I have purchased a salir a phone from this company very good one but it was faulty for after 1 month.
The first repair was on my account this was rather a minor one concerning the charging plug off the phone.
Then the touch screen went faulty.
Nothing was offered except sending the phone on my account back to them for about 5 to 6 weeks and they will check to see what is wrong.
Although I sent them a detailed video of the fault no effort for a compensation or replacement was offered.
Not even after along exchange of emails supposedly with people who spoke English well.
Eventually I had to throw the phone away and buy a new one at a local restore.
To be honest I was offered a 5% discount on my next purchase on pandawill.
Never again! Beware of this crook company.

I received newsletter from pandawill saying the have Newman N2 in stock, I bought one immediately after that, next day they are saying they don't have it in stock, restock in 3 - 6 working days. That's not a way to treat a customer, pandawill never again.

I've bought a phone of which the screen got defect, a design error since many phones of this type have this. So, I send the phone to Pandawill, expecting it to be repaired under warranty since it was within the 1 year period. Then it appeared that the screen had to be replaced and that replacement isn't covered in the warranty! That is only covered for three months, so I had to pay for it. Because the phone would probably break again in a few months that was not an option for me. There was no effort in trying to find another solution by Pandawill. I wouldn't buy any electronica related product there anymore.

My first order was a long wait. But this is not the fault of Panda Will, I picked myself SingPost when ordering. I had opened a claim with Paypall and they wanted all the money deposit back when I got my phone. Via live chat, they are easily accessible and helpful. Second order via DHL, well informed of the state, was delivered within a week. Of the first order, the touchscreen broke down, could send the phone had to pay shipping. Ordering a new screen was cheaper, shipped by China post, delivered within 2 weeks. So far no problems with it there, you should keep in mind that it is not a Western company. You should keep an eye on the order yourself. Their culture is not ours, and it is for me on the other side of the world. Given the prices, you can not expect wonders.

I ordered a keyboard which a few days later Pandawill informed me was no longer available. They asked if I wanted to substitute something else, I said no and they refunded within a week. They responded to all my emails and quickly, given the time difference.
So my only minor gripe is advertising unavailable items.

I ordered smartphone w450,after few days it doesnt work,I sent it back and they promise me replacement for the new same model,I have proofs. Now they received my package and they told me that they send it on repairing. I told them that I dont want repairing,I want replacement because smartphone stopped in first month. They dont ansvering. Dont buy from pandawill,they are thieves."

I have the Ainol Novo 10 Eternal Quad Core Tablet PC 10.1 purchased. When I wanted to turn the power it did not work. I emailed with Pandawill. I had to make a film when you turn on the power and mail it to them. Then they asked me to put another adapter to the tablet That also did not work. I could send it back in original box for repair. If it was unused I got my money refunded except the shipping cost. I sent it back and got refunded my money.

Estaba esperando Xiaomi MI3 casi dos meses una vez pagado, tampoco estaba este móvil en ninguna otra tienda, ha pasado 45 días, y al final me lo enviaron, llegó bastante rápido. Todo perfecto. Es un sitio de confianza.

Basically I used a zip of 10013 instead of 10014 which for some reason caused DHL to fail to deliver (I've never had any problems with deliveries before). Pandawill.com support were completely incapable of tracking the package.

All they kept saying was "Check your local USPS", even after I'd been there in person and USPS had confirmed that they do not handle DHL packages. Then they said their shipping agency had taken the week off as vacation! A whole company on vacation for a whole week. That's great for the customer.

Finally now that it appears as though the package will be returned - BECAUSE I NEVER GOT THE CHANCE TO CORRECT THE ADDRESS BECAUSE THEY HAD NO IDEA WHERE THE PACKAGE WAS FOR > 1 MONTH - I have to pay $15 in delivery costs. Wtf. Avoid.

I've been waiting over two months for my product now, so I sent them a message asking why it was taking so long. They replied deliveries took "30 days and maybe a little longer" and that I should "wait in patience". I've been waiting patiently since December 15th, giving them the benefit of the doubt thinking, it was the holiday season, that's why they're slow. But it's just getting ridiculous now. Hopefully I'll get my package within the next month.

I have placed an order and paid it.after 1 week i will trying to contact them they asked me processing other 5 days passed still no response and the 13th day i have received an email from (I am Nicole from Pandawill,now I´m writing to tell you about your order#100728974, it is ruled by Hk dhl that the parcel including products with battery can not be sent recently.. so we suggest you change it to reg mail shipping method such as TNT post or Deutsche Post. Please give me a reply or contact our online livechat to tell us about this as soon as possible, thank you! Sincerely) i replied it instantly.
and then another 5 days passed no response still not sent and not refunding my money.Fake company don't waste your time on this company

Do not buy ever at Pandawill.com, except you can wait for your device sometimes more than two months, and if you expect the device to work forever. As when it comes to problems, they are unable to communicate and help you in your problem. I have ordered several phones from them, all of them had problems. And when I sent them back, they told me not all accessories were in the box, though I am sure I sent everything back. They will take your money and show the finger.
Ah, and they told me at the beginning of January that they will send back the item for repair at the end of February. THIS IS NOT A CUSTOMERSUPPORT. Pandawill is not a trustable company, do not ever buy from pandawill.com.

Ik kocht een Jiagyu G5 op pandawill ; na 2 maanden wachten werd deze geleverd met een aantal defecten. Bepaalde lettertoesten werken niet ; en 2 applicaties blijven staan in het chinees. Er wordt geen garantie gegeven en het terugsturen van de GSM is op eigen kosten ! Onbetrouwbare site !

Если раньше это был один из лучших интернет магазинов, то теперь он чуть ли не самый худший. Отвравтительная служба поддержки, глючный сайт, нереально высокие цены. Не понимаю, как этот магазин ещё держится наплаву.
