Item doesn't work contacted support they cant mend problem but wont give refund. Only offered 5 percent off next order which if the thing you brought doesn't work you wont buy anything else off them.... Mehr ansehen

Lost Phone,

Iam sorry to say this , I have bought other items from pandawill. I bought this,CUBE TALK9X u65gt Tablet PC MTK8392 Octa Core 9.7" Android 4.4 Retina Screen 16G Silver. I never receved it , I was away when the Phone arived at our post office, after 10 Days they sent it back to Pandawill, Since the 13th of October 2014, And now they say They havent receved it, not good enough, What can i do, ? Darryl.

trustworthy

Always send me what i order in good shape. Yes takes a qhile bwcause it comes from china but for me worth it. Btw, to previous comment, onpy normal theu sell tdcma, its china network. Please investigate bwfore buying a 200$ phone onpime

Not european product: orders 100899723 & 100899528

I tried to buy a MEIZU M1 NOTE two weeks ago but the page seemed to be broken at the payment step, I waited for one day and since I did not see any charge in my bank account I supposed that I hadn't bought it (in the page was writen: OPS! SORRY...). I tried again the next day and i finally bought it (I received all the order emails, it was charged in my bank account, etc). Two weeks later I received and email saying that I had ordered a mobile phone (the one I thought was not ordered).

On top of that, I received yesterday the first phone and It does not work with european networks (neither 3g nor 4g: SCDMA instead of WCDMA).

Please I need that the second phone is returned and give the money back and the networks for the mobile which has arrived fixed.

a bunch of crooks

I ordered a phone for 200 Euro's, paid custom insurance for 80 Euro's They didn't refund me at all. Then the phone didn't work. Their solution; get it fixed in a local store. No warranty, no service, nothing. They are a BUNCH of CROOKS! 280 Euro's gone. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!

Thieves

I had really a bad experience with Pandawill, I paid for a new mobile (clone S5 ) and I got a Refurbisched one, I was not even able to connect it to PC, no drivers worked for.
Plus I paid in advance custom taxes and I had to pay also when I received. After have sent it back to them cause it did not work, they asked me to pay custom taxes again when I think they should cause it was broken.
I was exhausted, I asked for refund and they made also a mobile depreciation. Pratically they kept from what I paid , 20% + custom taxes. At the end I paid € 100 to have nothing. " Don't buy from them

Bunch of crooks

After sell service is just a name and big joke
No service!!!!

Bought cell phone (178us$)
Drop death after 3 weeks
Send back for repair - after 3 month - no date for sending back repaired phone
Received other phone - drop death after 1 week
Now ask for new
No new - only refurbish - why?
I received not OEM phone
I will not going to be reached or poor with those 178$
But
Be carful
U put your money on running deer horn

Terrible, buyer beware!

Terrible service/ company. I ordered a phone, it was broken. After trying hard to communicate, they finally agreed to repair it. I had to pay for the postage (dosn´t seem fair since they are the ones who posted faulty goods in the first place). This was in August. It is now 5 months later and I am still waiting for my ´repaired´ phone in the post. If I ever receive it I´ll eat my hat.

Bad communication - worse phone - worst service

I bought neken n6 phone in april and i write my review only now. Why? So:
First i had to wait around 6-7 weeks for recieve it, hmm nice.

All of my sensors were wrong from start, but i tried compensate them with apps from store. Many times i couldnt put calls off, etc.

After some months usage the screen had some failure or postion went wrong. 1 cm left line of the touch screen doesnt work. MAny times the phone reboot automatically, frozen during call rings, etc

Hmm, what a nice phone!

Need to mention NEVER FALL DOWN NEVER SCRACH IT.

Custumer service said send back phone, "but dont send it with pro delivery method like fedex,dhl, etc". Ok.
I sent it back normail priority registered airmail, it arrived on 20th november, every track pages says that its delivered... (china post also says its delivered)

Panda guys say no its at the post office...
They said this 6 TIMES now from 20th november.
I said them maybe i should do anything from here europe, if i could do i would do it. They dont answer for my ticket or email.
Bought here several times, but THIS WAS THE LAST.
I cant figure out that the phone or the customer service the worse...

A real ridiculous company!

BEWARE: Don’t buy at Pandawill: bad company, very bad customer service who do not take responsability!

I recently bought a phone and I paid extra 5% for the customs insurance. Package has been hold at customs and I had to pay a bill of 56.00 usd. Altough I had paid for this insurance, they refused to pay me back for the full amount. I only received 27.00 usd because they pretend that custom fees and vat penalties are not covered, altough this isn’t absolutely mentioned as exception in their conditions! The reason why the customs imposed extra costs is because Pandawill didn’t mention the real value and the real description on the documents/sticker. So they cheated and misleaded the customs and this is taken very serious. So this suspicous behavior leads to exta costs. I certainly did not ask them to lower the value and to lie about the content of the package! So I cannot be held responsible for such a malicious behavior. But Pandawill is refusing to take full responsibility in such case and refuses to pay back the full amount that I did have to pay to the customs. So beware if you have intention to order at Pandawill. I DO CERTAINLY NOT RECOMMEND PANDAWILL.

very useful tip: -despite this warning -if you are willing to use this tax & vat service: ask Pandawill BEFORE ordering not to cheat and not to lie and to mention the real full value and the real full description of the article you bought on the documents and the sticker that they put onto the package.
This will probably result in holding your package @ customs, but you certainly will avoid custom problems and you will also avoid this extra costs that they will not pay back, but you will be refunded for the full amount you paid to the customs!!!

pessimi

Dopo circa due mesi di utilizzo mi si rompe un telefono del costo di circa €180, lo rinvio in sede e a distanza di circa cinque mesi non solo non lo hanno riparato ma continuano a volermi ridare un apparecchio diverso mal funzionante ( tra l altro detto da loro) perche la loro politica non prevede la sostituzione con eventuale conguaglio dell apparato rotto. Allora se non si può riparare mi devo prendere un altra patacca e buttare i soldi ? Condotta assolutamente disdicevole. Non comprate da pandawill

Servizio da migliorare ma tutto ok

Ho acquistato delle cuffie a tema di halloween per lo smartphone di mia figlia circa 14 giorni fa.. ed a causa di rallentamenti della spedizione li ho ricevuti solo venerdì pomeriggio (fortunatamente in tempo), i giorni di spedizione sono stati troppi,se avessi acquistato anche 2 giorni dopo non ce l'avrei fatta? tutto sommato tutto ok..confezione ok, prodotto ok.

Non male... molto da migliorare!

A mia cugina serviva il display di ricambio per dg350 ed allora girovagando sul web ho deciso di poter effettuare l'acquisto.. aldilà del fatto che la spedizione è stata molto lenta, circa 13gg per ricevere il pezzo e vabbè, anche il pacco non era imballato benissimo.. fortunatamente il pezzo era funzionante.. do 3 stelle per spirito di fiducia :-)

Don´t buy at Pandawill

I ordered phone UMI S1. It was broken, I sent it for repair and they send it back with no repair made. When I wanted my money back, they said they won´t send me my money and instead offered me some old repaired phone of low value. BEWARE OF THAT SITE

Dont buy from this site!!!!

At the end of July I ordered a mobile phone W-5000.
1st.They send it with the second battery broken!!
They told me that they will send to me a new one,but
they never did it!!!
2nd.They didn't warn me that the phone will stop production.
Now the production of this phone is stopped!!!If i need a
replacement part i will not find and i must throw the phone!
That is fact!!!
In this question they never answered to me!!!!!
3rd.After many e-mails (about 20) they told me that they will
refund to me 15 $.I said ok but i wasnt ok because i hadn't
other choice!
Then they told me that they will give back only 10 $.
They havent dignity!!!!What can i buy with $???
Nothing, only bubblegums!!!

pandawill - bad company/seller - bat items , bad or no customer service

I have ordered a paea f2s phone,
I have received a used phone, (not new ).
the phone is a bad phone , many problems, the sim is recognized on and off, the gps is bad, the phone is stopping to work and you have to take the battery and put in again so it began to work, the screen .
the customer support are not responding at all, very bad company.
do not buy from them !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Shady scammers

BEWARE!!!! they will Lie to you.

Someone updated my order status with a fake tracking number that after two weeks didn't return any information about the parcel. I had to contact customer support and then they gave me another tracking number which has just been posted by EMS which means that they had me waiting two weeks for a parcel that was not going to be delivered because the number as a FAKE.

Still waiting on the phone to arrive (if at all) I will definitely not be buying from this store at all in the future.

Awful customer service, they do not take responsibility for damaged/broken/faulty stock they ship out to you!!

I bought an expensive Android phone from Pandawill.

It arrived faulty, the screen was broken, and obviously I requested an RMA to return it for a refund.

They refused to allow me to return it, saying it was my fault, This was on the day it arrived broken.

After days of arguing with them and their AWFUL customer service ''department'', they eventually agreed to allow me to return it, but wanted ME to pay the return postage to China (which costs nearly €30!) and they also wanted a 20% depreciation fee (basically taking 20% of the cost price for themselves and refunding me only 80%)

This was obviously completely outrageous and unacceptable, as THEY were the ones who shipped me a broken phone.

So I opened a PayPal dispute to get my money back. After 30 days, PayPal gave me my money back.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON-EXISTENT and AWFUL, they do not take nay responsibility for ANY returns or refunds, or any damaged stock.

STAY WELL AWAY!!

Only 14 days from order to receiving goods in Norway with free shipping option. Very well wrapped package. The product was as good as expected. Very satisfied customer!
