My initial inquiry to Panache Cruises was dealt with promptly and efficiently. Nicola was extremely helpful from the start and answered all my questions. Anything she was unsure about, she found out and got back to me very quickly.

Nicola was excellent to deal with when booking my first cruise with Silverseas. She was very informative and easy to call even when she wasn’t working she would get in touch if you needed anything.
I had put in a couple of requests to different companies for information about the cruise, it was Nicola who got in touch quickly and sorted it all out, also with a good discounted price! If all goes well with the cruise I would definitely book through Panache and Nicola again

Nothing is too much bother. When, there have been questions or issues - Panache have acted on our behalf and contacted airlines, cruise providers and river companies just to ensure every question has been answered. They have ensured everything runs smoothly and just knowing there is someone you can trust at the end of the phone who will act on your behalf is wonderful. ie - Due to No Fault of Panache when the River Danube was too low to sail on - Panache ensured we received a full refund.
