You pay for what you get! Cheap price and poor service
We booked on board with P&O and referred the booking to Iglu. After many conversations with Iglu and being told different "stories" at different points we eventually established that we could not travel due to one if our party being to young for the specific itinerary. I truly believe that without our insistence that passenger details needed to be correct Iglu would have taken our money and let us turn up at the terminal only to be refused boarding! We have finally been fully refunded. Both Iglu and P&O need to improve staff training so that they are aware of age restrictions on certain itineraries.
