Very easy to use and quick reponse from both parties.

Where are all these 5* reviews popping up from all at the same time and lots of them.
Read the 1* reviews folks, these are real.
I have finally finished advertising my home and what a relief.
I have no intention of them trying to take over my home and my bookings, I deal with my customers, my booking forms and my cancellation policies. I certainly do not bombard my guests with numerous un necessary emails.
Only had 4 real new requests in the last year. All other bookings from previous guests who came direct.
This previous way it worked for us was great and we have had no complaints but this American take over has ruined it all.
Gone to the other site that is SIMPLY no booking fee's and you deal with the OWNERS. Already got bookings for this year and next!

Had really lovli trips with owners direct . Enjoy browsing on web site . Lots of choice good range . And I will continue to to book

I've booked various holidays with Owners Direct over the last few years and been delighted with the choice of accommodation offered and value.

Plenty of choice for properties, detailed info regarding chosen house, helpful house locater map. Then prompt communication with owner to confirm booking.

Very detailed info easy to use booking system and fast confirmation

I wanted a large house to accommodate 16 family members for a special holiday. It was so easy to filter down to the county I wanted and the number of bedrooms required. Having found the property which suited us the best it was really easy to book. Descriptions of the properties was very good and lots of photos to give us a good idea what they looked like as well as facilities and places of interest in the area.

I rate Owners Direct with 3 stars, I felt the lady I spoke to on the phone was quite short with me and told me to contact the owner. I then spoke with the owner of the property who I would give 5 stars, he was very helpful indeed and proceeded with the booking.

Booking through Owners Direct was initially a very easy and pleasant experience with a vast range of property tpes and locations to choose from.
It was not until the property was booked that the Owners Direct Site got somewhat confusing and contradictory.......
I put in my card details to pay and pressed the button.... easy... the page showed I had paid the Fees and 1st Deposit..... I then received an email from the Owner requesting payment by Bank Transfer???
Reading through the Owners Direct Information it says "if payment is requested in any form other than through Owners Direct Portal, the Refund and Gold Guarantee will not be valid", so several phone calls later and with alarm bells ringing in my head......... I was told "this is standard practice for some properties and our site does not show the deposit / 1st payment correctly"!!
Confused I waited for my Card Statement hoping that in the mean time I didn't lose the booking!!
I had paid the Fees, but not the deposit as shown on the site, Bank Transferred the Deposit and ALL is sorted... BUT it could have been so much clearer....

A smooth & speedy process, I was very impressed with the immediate response & ease of completion.

Never booked on line before but it was so easy, hope the holiday is as good an experience as the booking

I can easily input all my required details on the Owners Direct Web page.
The results of my input appear quickly, enabling me to search for an appropriate property

I found the payment an issue , I kept being told to pay full amount to you , whilst being invoiced from owner for his payment, ending have to call you to verify what to do . All sorted now though and looking forward to our break . Thanks

It was very easy booking our stay through Owners Direct and also easy to contact the owner who was very helpful when we wanted to change the week we had booked.

Always find Owners Direct very user friendly! I have booked two short breaks this year, and once l'd selected each property - the rest was easy.

Haven’t had my holiday yet,but booking it was a breeze and the emails from the owner extremely helpful, can’t wait to travel

Hi, so far i have tried to book an apartment, i contacted the owner, she said all was ok and to book. I then booked my flights, then the apartment, we messaged one another 3 times then she did not confirm my booking within the 24 hours so it was declined. I email her again twice with my concerns but no answer either time. Bad service. I am now trying to find accommodation for my dates which i am finding difficult and rather expensive. Not a happy experience so far.

Very easy to book. Fast & straight forward.

Ripped by owner who cancelled booking. No support whatsoever from Owners Direct, so ended up out of pocket. No quibble cancellation is not what it seems - read the small print.
