Polite young chap but franchise has changed hands and now the time spent and standard well below par. I have had to re clean and still got residue and dirty oven and part fell off !

Absolutely unprofessional. The man left our kitchen a mess, he used our cloths for the ‘professional cleaning process’ which he then left DIRTY and dripping wet on the kitchen counter. Not to mention the mud and dirt that was left dripping down the units and on walls. After he left we looked inside the oven to find what the man called ‘rust’ to be old food that wiped off with a BABY WIPE. The inside rubber of the doors were still full of gunk and the knobs to turn the oven on had not even been touched and was FULL of grime. I had to spend an hour of my own time cleaning up the mess he has caused and cleaning the oven again MYSELF. He left his rubbish in our kitchen and now whenever we turn the oven on the electricity trips out. Never go to this business. Absolutely TERRIBLE!! I wish I could leave a picture of the mess left over.

I needed my oven cleaned for part exchanging my house , oven wizard penrith we were who i booked , he arrived on time , seemed quite quick to clean double oven and extractor.
It was ok , the top oven was quite bad to be fair but it was far from looking like new as a lot of reviews state, a bit streaky especially the extractor in the hinges not so clean but , it saved me a job .
The reason for the bad review was my oven was tripping the electrics after testing to see if was working, got hold of the young man who came back with a family member who was an electrician .
I was moving out the next day and had to hand over the house with a working oven .
The man he brought examined the oven and basically said my elemental had blown and it wasn’t due to the clean just one of them things. He even said on his way out I am not bull s***ing you .
So i had an oven i need to get fixed today ! i called an engineer and explain what was going on the bottom oven wasn’t working at all , he said it was moisture in the electrics, he said try and dry it out by putting a heater in front of it .
If it doesn’t dry out there is nothing he can do but replace the whole oven.
Upset About this i messaged the man to call back he did later that day , my husband spoke to him and it seem no responsibility was taken , still saying he used gel and it can’t get in to cause the problem.
An apology would have prevented this review, i just want to warn others as I would expect their insurance to kick in if my oven was broken, but if they are not going to accept liability then it’s pointless.
Luckily 4 hours later it worked , i was thankful for the engineers advice but will clean my own oven next time and save £75 .

Tyrone came and turned the impossible into the spectacular. I had almost written my oven off and had been considering a replacement because it was so bad. I contacted Tyrone and i made an appointment with him to come and clean my double oven, my microwave, hob and extractor hood. The result was amazing. He also replaced the light bulbs in my larger oven and cleaned my splash back, leaving everything gleaming and as good as new. I will ask him to come again in the next few months and again before Christmas. I would recommend him to anyone.

Anthony cleaned my double oven today, he was punctual, polite and did a fabulous job - my ovens are like new and he makes sure he leaves no mess. I would not hesitate to use this service again and would definitely recommend him.

I have just had Sarah clean my oven and all I can say is wow! I cannot fault the clean at all, it looks amazing. On top of that she was great to deal with; responded promptly to messages, on time, friendly and left no mess whatsoever. Will definitely use again and highly recommend.

Having had a few disasters over the last two years the oven took a back seat in the whole scheme of things.
It was so bad I did wonder if it would ever look right again.

On time. Polite. Nice man. Tidy. Explained process, Good Price (best 50quid ever spent). The oven looks amazing, thought the inside was black, turns out it's grey! We can see through the glass door, wife refuses to use it now (woohoo ;).

I used Oven Wizards Maidstone for my double oven hob and hood recently. On the day all seemed fine and I was happy to pay for the service even though it was quite a bit more that other companies. However, when my wife returned home she noticed that the underside of the hood still had all the cleaning product on it (I hadn't noticed as it was below my eye line, but it was very noticeable from the pictures she took.) My wife then cleaned the hood thoroughly. I sent Oven Wizards an email explaining and although they offered to come back a polish it out (which was not required at this point) was disappointed that all they said was 'thank you for your comments, we will pass them of for training.' In this day an age, customer service is paramount, an offer of a refund should have been forthcoming, after all they charge for a hood clean that they didn't do.

I've used other oven cleaners in the past, and shall avoid oven Wizards in the future.
