Started Hiking recently and have popped into outside many times. Staff hugely knowledgeable and friendly. Fantastic range. I would classify myself as “all the gear and no idea” category and the team are happy to ensure I buy what I need not what might catch my undiscerning eye. Great advice and the fry ups in the cafe upstair look immense.

Very helpful response on phone
I made a click and collect purchase but had a gift voucher for around half the cost. The online system couldn't accommodate this but when I rang the store the staff member (Tom) was extremely helful and explained how the voucher would be applied. It all went through smoothly.
