I bought an expensive tent in March 2025 but did not use it until October 2025. I know I should have inspected it when I bought it but I didn't. On first use I saw that a fastener on the flysheet was broken and one of the door zips was badly misaligned.

I sent an email with photos to EMS and then called them. They contacted the manufacturer and in less than a week had a replacement flysheet sent to me. No fuss, no bother, just courtesy, professionalism and prompt service.

I would without hesitation recommend this company and have absolutely no worries about purchasing from them in the future.

Recently had an issue with 1 of my MSR tents purchased from EMS a while ago, the ultra light poles needed a repair. Adam at EMS sent me the return address , item packed ,sent, repaired and returned with no fuss or bother under the lifetime warranty on the items. This is why I have purchased 3 different tents and other items from EMS in the past and will do so again in the future.

Getting back into wild camping after a nearly 40 year break, I have discovered that I can no longer rely on my 1980s Karrimat for a good nights sleep. I tried a self inflating matress (OK but not overly comfortable) and a Flextail matress (much better, but awful quality and lasted 5 nights before multiple microscopic holes developed).
Looking around, I wanted something for Spring & Autumn use (and possibly mild Winter conditions). My shortlist included the Sea-to-Summint Ether Light XR, Nemo Tensor All Season, and Thermarest Neoloft. A tricky choice, but I decided the Neoloft was worth a go, despite having a larger pack size (more on this to come). I found that Elite Mountain Supplies had the Regular Wide in stock at an excellent price, and snagged a small discount on my first purchase. The information on their webiste was comprehensive, which I appreciate.
The sleeping mat arrived very quickly and has turned out to be excellent. Very comfortable, especially for a side sleeper, and warm enough (R4.7) to allow me to camp right through to Winter. It feels very well made, with nice fabrics and feels more substantial than the previous Flextail. The stated pack size is 29 x 15cm, which was a little offputting (just over 5 litres). Ignore this - it easliy packs down to 22 x 12cm (2.5 litres). Mat weighs in at 828g, pump sack at 60g, repair kit 23g, and bag 22g. The pump sack is amazing - 4 big fills or 5 normal to fill the mat. I'm leaving my Flextail pump at home from now on.
I was lucky enough to purchase a "pre-loved" Zenbivy LIght qult and sheet from Ebay. The large sheet fits this Neoloft perfectly (despite what it says on the USA zenbivy website). Many thanks to Craig Elliott's Youtube channel for this nugget of information.
I would thoroughly recommend this Sleeping Mat - well built, comfortable, & packs well.
