Very happy with the goods I ordered, road tested over the weekend and no problems at all. I had some concern about delivery as the goods hadn't arrived five working days after I ordered and I hadn't had an email update (although they do say that delivery may take a few days during busy periods, which this was and my fault for not giving leaving enough time before our holiday!). However I emailed the company and received a prompt reply and was able to track the order amazingly accurately - which did arrive in time for our camping holiday. Very good website, lots of good choices, good quality camping gear and very reasonable prices - will definitely look at them again when I next need to buy some camping gear.

Ordered 2 man tent which arrived almost next day despite being on std service, tent was great too, pretty much what we expected after reading reviews (coleman, darwin)
price was competitive and postage rate on std service was a good deal better than Amazon or Ebay,

pretty impressed with Outdoor World, if I was seriously into outdoor things I'd shop there but this is just for a festival, I am way too lazy to be asked to do outdoor stuff but there was loads of things that my parents liked and they are always banging on about the great outdoors,

Our Thetford caravan toilet needed sorting because it had a slight leak!!!!! We found the "Freshen up kit" was the cheapest on the web!! I spoke to one of the Outdoor World advisers to check we had the right model and colour and ordered it there and then; it arrived within 3 days, is now in situ and we are ready to go caravanning again.... with no leaks and a clean seat!!! Many thanks, will certainly recommend them to our caravanning friends.

Good postage price, good product. Little slow on the dispatch, would recommend though.

I ordered the Kampa magnetic light for my tent which only took a couple of days to arrive. When I unwrapped the parcel and bubble wrap I took out the light and noticed that the plastic casing had been cut open and someone had attempted to stick it back with tape. Obviously I wasn't happy but then I noticed that the light had a crack and scratches all over it. It had clearly been used!! Absolutely unbelievable! When I called Outdoor World they said the would refund the money, but a week later...nothing. Stay away from Outdoor World at all costs!!

Goods were received very quickly with no problems whatsoever

I order a product which should of came with a free gift worth £19.99. I received my product but not my free gift. The only reason I chose the product was to receive my free gift when I did not arrive I emailed the company on Thursday 1st August 13 there automated response said someone would be in contact within 48hrs. 6 dys later still no reply.

Received the goods that was ok .
But the camping light i ordered not working.
