Great bit of kit and a belting price, service is second to none, I had hit the buy button twice but only wanted 1, got a phone call the morning after asking did I want 1 or 2, now that's keeping an eye on thinks and having staff that know what they are doing. Hade a refund for the second with in a day, thanks will be shopping Again.

Tracked delivery only to find that I had a senior moment (yet another one) & entered an incorrect postcode , rang the office , where a lovely lady told me it was not a problem & that she would contact the delivery driver & re-direct . The consignment was with me the next morning , wonderful !!! Nothing too much trouble .....I wish every company provided service like this !!!!!!

Bought a sleeping bag on the internet from Outdor World. Delivered as promised on day promised. Unfortunately this item was not suitable - my fault - I bought an Xl bag for a size 10 female! The returns process was unbelievably easy and the person at the other end of the phone extremely helpful. Would definately use them again. Next time I will read the description properly!

The ordered product was exactly what I required for my caravan. I ordered it on the MONDAY and even on 'Standard Delivery' I received it on WEDNESDAY. First Class service, and this is a company that I would have no hesitation in using again.

I would have given 5 stars but for the late delivery of my tent. I paid for next-day delivery service and was disappointed when the courier failed to deliver on time, despite instructions on how to find me in my slightly difficult to locate flat above a shop. However, this was not the fault of Outdoor World who promptly advised me when I rang them to ask where my package was. I contacted the couriers who in turn, acted quickly, and even put another driver on to relieve the one who was behind with his deliveries. It arrived next day as promised and its a great product, purchased for a very fair price. I am very happy with it and will definately use them again and recommend to anyone else.

I was looking for a tent on Google and stumbled across outdoorworld.co.uk, I found the website easy to navigate and the prices very competitive. I ordered my tent and it came next day, excellent quality and excellent service. I will definitely be coming back here when I upgrade in a year or two! I even recommended my sister to this site who bought a tent the very next day.

Ordering and delivery.
The Outwell Lounge Shelter and 2 extra side curtains were ordered with ease on Outdoor World's website at a price that was better than others I could find. It was delivered sooner than the free delivery time specified and at the beginning of the Hour timeslot advised. I don't think it's possible to beat that.
The Goods
As soon as it arrived I erected the shelter. I found the packaging unopened, without damage and No parts were missing, but I was surprised that there were absolutely no instructions. After erection and inspection I was very pleased with my purchase.
You are probably wondering why not 5 stars? This is because I found that the Bag which contained the poles had broken or incomplete stitching on the bottom, obviously a manufacturing fault, not that of Outdoor World, but nevertheless their responsibility as the retailer. The reason I query the after sales is although I E-mailed straight away, I have not received any reply or confirmation.
Update.
What a fantastic service. I today received not an Email but a replacement bag from Outwell in Denmark. Well done everybody,it's 5 stars now.
