My experience was horrible…
My experience was horrible unfortunately I returned my item as I thought it was trade approved but wasn’t. I returned the item unused still plastic covering in tact. But because the brown box I sent it back in. They stated I can’t get my money back. I took pic and videos.
But there response was basically we need our box back so you kept my money for a box basically. So just fair warning guys don’t throw your box away because some companies are very petty to keep ppl money about a box I didn’t know the box was included in the price.

Unfortunately, the item was returned without its original packaging, the item had no secure packaging at all, which is crucial for protecting electrical items in transit and ensuring they remain in saleable condition. We did contact you immediately upon receipt and have since continued to contact you regarding this issue. The returns instructions are provided to ensure we are always offering the best possible service to all of our customers. We regret that we are unable to process the refund in this instance due to these factors.
