Bought a rattan sofa set which was great until I opened the packaging to find that there were no fixings for one of the items. Emailed to ask them to send them on and nothing, no reply from them

Bought this product fore the summer so far it is excellent anyone who comes love it and are impressed especially with the weather cover makes all the difference

I ordered a ceramic sink from you, in good faith. It arrived, not just broken but shattered. I took photos during the unpacking of this unpleasant arrival and sent them to you, along with a written explanation in which I voiced my willingness to receive a replacement. After five days, you have not found the decency to respond. Such ‘business’ is both contemptible and inexcusable.

Garden furniture arrived a day before due date. Delivery driver was very helpful putting it in garage for me. It was fairly straight forward to build up but needed two people. I am delighted with it and it looks great in the garden. Looks exactly as shown on picture. Thank you

Delivered when they said item would be back in stock. Had a slight issue with manufacturing of part of the table and the next day we received a replacement part. Excellent customer service.
The product was great too exactly as we thought it would be. Would defiantly recommend.

Not having even heard of you before, I came across your advert on Instagram. I’ve have difficulty finding the correct size basin, so thought I’d give you a go. My sink arrived but it was broken, probably broke in transit. Emailed oseasons who replied to advise a replacement was on its way. It arrived the next day in tact. I am very happy with my purchase.

Product was ok but customer service was poor. Total lack of communication means I wouldn’t use them again.

It seems there are happy customers when you buy direct, It's a shame that people never read reviews before buying off a company, Purchased a sink through e-bay and it arrived 2 days later broken. Asked them that same day to replace it and they ignored me for a week and in the end it's been about a 3 weeks and e-bay had to step in with a refund, hardly fair considering this outfit should have paid up. I'm stuck with a broken sink now and will have to take action another route to get the rubbish collected.

Quality of the product was as described and it was very good value for money. The speed of delivery was excellent but I found the website difficult to negotiate otherwise I would have given 5 stars. Despite this I wouldn't hesitate to use Oseasons again.

Ordered on a Saturday night had it delivered on the Tuesday .had a problem with the hubby ordering 2 by mistake and they sorted it out straight away .the product was exactly as discribed .I would definitely recommend this company to anybody .
