The trees are beautiful and in good health. The packaging had got wet on the journey and the base had collapsed, presumably as a result of that one stake was missing. Ornamental trees sent a new stake very quickly

Lovely items just can't choose delivery date.
The ease of shopping was great, the actual tree is lovely and well packaged and the prices were fair, only reason I dropped a star was because there was no option to choose a delivery day which would have made my experience of sending this as a gift much easier. Would recommend still as lovely products.

Good quality trees
My trees (a mature flowering plum and a smaller amelanchier) were delivered on time and in good, healthy condition. I ordered planting kits for both trees which made the task much easier. Looking forward to seeing them blossom next spring! Seamless experience from ordering to delivery, I recommend Ornamental Trees.

We need a bigger box
Very pleased with my acer palmatum atropurpureum. I bought the larger option (£75) which was a good choice for size but I would suggest that rather than cutting the tree to fit the box, get a taller box. Having said that the tree did arrive in a 5ft tall box.
(The thickest twig cut was 5mm so we're not talking of any great problem but it is unexpected when opening the box).
Would I buy from Ornamental Trees again and recommend to my freinds....yes I would.

We are sorry to hear that the tree had been pruned prior to delivery. We offer a range of box sizes, and the appropriate size should have been selected to avoid the need for the tree to be cut back. We will pass your feedback on to the relevant team to review and help prevent similar issues in the future.
We greatly appreciate your continued support and recommendations. Thank you for choosing us!

Trees were fantastic specimens. Service was just as good.
Sadly delivery was not so good. Main leader out of one tree was broken. Contacted them and they are sending a new one .
Again brilliant service without any quibbles.

Positive experience
1st tree was very odd shape on arrival. Spoke to customer services who were lovely and arranged a replacement immediately. Good communication of delivery slots by company and was kept informed by the driver who was helpful in unloading. New tree is a great specimen. Found OT to be a good company to deal with. Have bought from them before and will again

This company are awesome
This company are awesome. Their trees are amazing, they are packed with great care and protection and the customer service team are calm, patient, and incredibly helpful. They edited my order when I wanted to change items, and they even kept the sale prices which were on at the time of the original purchase. After-sales service were equally as accommodating, with prompt replies and nothing being too much trouble. I highly recommend them.

Crab apple Evereste
The standard crab apple Evereste I ordered looks good and healthy, and is somewhat bigger than I was expecting. It was delivered very efficiently, and the delivery driver, Paul, could not have been more helpful. One tiny point - we followed your excellent written instructions to the letter when planting the tree, but they didn't remind us to remove the stake ties from the very top of the tree before planting. Stupid of us not to think of this, but it DID cause a lot of hassle further down the line. Perhaps include this in your planting instructions?
But overall, I'm delighted with my new tree!
