Ornamental Trees Bewertungen

Tree was in good condition despite the courier leaning it in the box against a wall which was already compromised and bending when i got home the same day. The packaging was good overall which probably saved real damage. The tree is a good size, healthy and looks fab. I’m looking forward to seeing it settle into my garden and enjoying it for many years to come.

The order arrived safely and to the correct place.

The price & quality of the acer I bought and the service in asking at short notice to defer delivery of the second acer to coincide with a birthday was exemplary. The tree was well packaged for delivery and they didn’t use Evri! Having used most of the well known suppliers over many years of gardening, I can strongly recommend this company.

Trees arrived in good condition and well packaged

High quality trees and good delivery advice from the driver

Excellent quality plants. Trained apple trees securely attached to pallet and zero damage.

Sadly, have to give them only two stars. Have used them for years and spent considerable amount of money.Have always recommended them, but most recent experience has changed my opinion of them.
Bought two lovely half standard Ligustrum Japonicus, great quality as usual, large dense head, very well packaged in individual boxes.
Within a few weeks, ordered another one and it could not be more different. Small head, lost most of it's leaves, and the only "packaging" was a net tied over the tree. Obviously this was no protection for being thrown around in the back of a van.
They pride themselves on not sending out items they would not be happy with!
I have contacted the company who have apologised, and thank me for bringing it to their attention, but no mention of a gesture of partial refund or any other recompensatory offer.
No longer have any trust in this company, and will not be using them again or recommending.

Good communication. Trees delivered undamaged and in good condition

My purchase arrived in excellent condition and was well packed.
I would recommend this company to others

Despatched promptly, kept informed at each stage. Tree was vigorous and healthy.

Good quality trees and good service.

Easy to use website for ordering, clear communication regarding delivery timescale. Delivery itself was efficient with the tree extremely well packed. The quality of the tree was beyond expectation.
The company was a joy to deal with and is highly recommended.

The tree we ordered was very good quality but it was damaged in transit with a couple of branches that had snapped. When we spoke to ornamental trees about it, they did not hesitate to offer a replacement. Which we think is excellent customer service. And the replacement tree is great.

Trees arrived in good condition and at the times stated by Ornamental Trees. We received good customer service and the trees are all planted and are all growing very well. Would definitely recommend.

Not many nurseries stock the plant I wanted but you did and it was easy to order, arrived quickly and was in very good condition. Thank you!

Tree was in lovely condition when it arrived. The man who delivered it friendly, very helpful and gave us advice on looking after it. He took it right through to the area we needed it.
Very good service and very good quality tree.

Again very good service and the tree looks healthy and well cared for. Wrong time of the year to add photos as all the leaves have dropped. It came well packaged and a good height. I wouldn't buy trees from anyone else only Ornamental Trees.

Bought a mature maple tree from Ornamental Trees, patiently to wait for almost a 3-week time for the delivery. However, the tree was damaged seriously when delivered to my home. The customer service was sincere and took well care with my disappointment. Appreciate the customer service proactively ordered another maple tree for me as a replacement. The tree was finally delivered in a perfect way. I am very happy to see the new replacement is healthy, strong and beautiful, Can't wait to see it shows its beauty after the Winter.

I have been really pleased with the service I have received. My order was dealt with promptly and with no fuss. It was delivered well within the allowed time frame in perfect condition. My tree has been planted and looks lovely - lets hope it survives the gales!
