24 hr turnaround is a lie and they are absolutely unresponsive. Should have checked the reviews before I ordered.

Paid 4/29/23 and never received the translation. I called and emailed.

They advertise 24 hr turnaround service but it has been 4 days and I have not received the documents back or any status update even after multiple inquiries. I should have checked the reviews before ordering as I can see they are mostly negative for good reason.

Absolute scam. I paid them 40 $ for 2 pages of translation, they never did the job and ghosted me. I found the company owner and he claimed he closed the business 6 months ago, but some Indian scammers took over his website.

I payed for transportation of 13 documents and send it on April 13, today is April 26. They only translate one document for me, and only because I push them. Other 12 not translated yet. I was need it by yesterday. I contact them April 24 and remind them that I really need it by tomorrow, nobody reply, nobody answers phone. Today they told me that that can’t see clear on couple pages. Only today, after 2 weeks they understand that it’s not a clear. I newer see that horrible service. I payed $219 and didn’t get my transaction.

I had some documents translated for my university application and the service was excellent! Their prices are competitive and the whole process lasted just 5 days. I am very pleased with this service and I will definitely use it again!

Very upset with the company. Ordered a four page translation on March, 27th and 15 days later still haven't got it back. I tried to call their number and no answer. E-mailed then and was told I would get it yesterday or by this morning, which didn't happen either.
The company promises a 24 hour delivery is a total lie. After complaining and asking for a refund, I finally got my translations in 15 days. Meanwhile, the payment was done in March, 27th.

Not happy at all. Make no sense for them to offer something if they’re not going to commit to it. It said it will take from 24-36 hours, it’s been 52 hours and I haven’t get my document yet (it was only one page by the way). I contacted them twice and no answer.

Translated my documents very quickly and made sure to do it accurately. Very pleased with them. Maggie was extremely helpful.

NEVER use this company! I have submitted my order on February 14th. It is March 15th and guess what... I still have not received my document. It is ridiculous. They don't keep up with any of their promises. One time during this long wait I have received the draft - and it was full of stupid mistakes. I SHOULD HAVE TAKE THAT. I sent it back with corrections and now I regret it, because I will probably not see anything at all. They charged me money though. Weird business.

Needed a document translated without much notice and Orbit team, especially Sheryl was able to accommodate it.
I highly recommend them.

I am happy with my experience with Orbit translation. They are very quick and priced very reasonably. Charlene responded to all my questions quickly and was very friendly. I would use them again and recommend any of my friends to do business with Orbit.

I started with a request to get an idea of the timeline and was quoted a 24-36 delivery. This quote was very fast so I agreed and paid. I submitted my request on 12/11/22. It is now 12/15/22 and I have not received my documents. I've emailed them twice with no response. I was able to speak to someone on the phone after a long time and they assured me I would get them today. So far nothing... I am about to dispute this with my credit card company.

This review was originally 1 star. The website promises 24 hour turnover. However, it appears that they are slammed with requests and not enough translators to meet the demand. After multiple attempts to contact them, and disputing charges w/ my CC company and making me worry about this being a scam website, they *finally* responded. They were nice enough to send me the translation even though I had disputed the charges, which I appreciate. I contacted the CC company to reverse the charge dispute. So, if you are pressed on time and need a quick turnaround, I wouldn't trust orbit translations. But if you contact them early enough - they appear to be worth the cost.

I had a 1 page document to translate from German to English. Not only did i not receive it after 5 days (and counting) but they ignored 2 emails enquiring about the status. Totally useless and now I am behind because i had to find another company.

We are happy to find Orbit translations, they are professional, friendly and the prices are reasonable.

Very bad costumer service, they do not reply for 3 days, I email them and I been trying to contact them on chat but without any success
