Thank you for your feedback regarding order 030397. I completely understand your frustration in feeling overcharged, and I would like to clarify what happened with our system and how we are actively resolving it for you today.
Pricing and Languages: When you placed the order, the target languages were manually typed in rather than selected from our dropdown menu. Because multiple regional terms were entered for what essentially condenses into two distinct written forms in translation, our system registered and charged you for two target languages, not four.
Order Approval: We deeply apologize that you only received one of the two requested versions initially. We noticed that the order was approved on your end on August 6, 2026, which automatically finalized the notarized copy. For future reference, if a file is ever missing, please use the "Request Corrections" button in your account instead of approving the delivery. This alerts us immediately so we can assist you before the final notarization is triggered.
Our Solution: We want to make this right immediately. We have already contacted your translator to request the missing second version and have provided the proper certifications for both files to be completed.
We will upload both completed translations to your account as soon as the translator provides them. Please reach out to our support team directly if you have any other questions in the meantime.

There was a technical glitch on the Mac-Chrome platform when uploading and submitting the processing of the translation estimate. I was pleased that I received a prompt email response, and even more that there was a human connection. I appreciated it. In my mind, I was hoping for a service discount, but I understand small businesses.
I will see next in receiving a hard copy via mail of my translated document.

I’d concentrate on improving professionalism than explaining, what shouldn’t be explained or disclosing private details regarding my translation.
I’ve provided every detail
required multiple times including a direct photo of my passport. Before contacting CS the translator simply signed the work as fixed without correcting anything.
Update: The privacy issues were fixed 🙏
