I ordered a translation service for a simple 1 page short document. I paid for the service $19.95 and was promised 24hr turnaround. It has been 3 days now and after multiple phone calls and emails, no response whatsoever. I have decided to go with RushTranslate.com, although slightly higher pricing at $24.95, but they gave me my document correctly translated in 12 hours. Orbit Translation is a terrible company and wasted my time. I am now with my bank trying to get a refund because they don't even respond to me or provided the promised service/product.

How tf it is even a running business? I wish I had some time and energy to sue them.

Overall: once you checkout your order, they just disappear: no phone pickup, no email reply, nothing.

I used this service a couple months ago with success. It appears now they are out of business even though they took my money. I was suppose to have received my translation in a day however it has now been a week. I emailed them three days ago without a response. I called them today without a response.

He iniciado una disputa con mi banco a ver si puedo recuperar el dinero. Ojito con esta empresa que me parece que las reseñas buenas son todas falsas.

No communication from the company over email and no one picks up the phone number provided. My order (order number: 26558) never got fulfilled. I have not requested them for refund, let’s see if anyone responds now.
Please run away and don’t waste your time and money.

This service appears to be a scam. I have not received any translated documents, and nobody has responded to my phone calls or emails. I strongly advise staying away from this company

I needed a one-page translation urgently and decided to opt for Orbit Translations' advertised 6-hour turnaround service. Given the urgency of my request, I even went the extra mile to email them, seeking assurance that my document would indeed be delivered on time. They promptly replied, reaffirming that I would receive it shortly on the same day.

However, as time slipped by, I found myself waiting in vain. Hours turned into a frustrating wait with no sight of the promised translation. To say that I'm disappointed would be an understatement. I do not take to online reviews to vent frustration lightly, but the abysmal experience I've had compels me to share it.

This is not a smear campaign by a competitor, nor is it an attempt to unjustly tarnish their reputation. My intention is solely to alert others about Orbit Translations's unreliable service.

If you're counting on timely delivery for your translations, I strongly advise against relying on Orbit Translations. They not only failed to meet their own promised deadline but also left me stranded with an unfulfilled requirement. Steer clear of this company if promptness and reliability are what you seek.

I used Orbit translation 2 years ago to translate a bank statement and everything went smoothly, so when i needed a similar service I didn't hesitate to use them again. However this time I have heard absolutely nothing since placing the order 8 days ago, despite sending several emails (to both support & info addresses) and calling their hotline. It's really frustrating as their service states they will provide the documents within 24 hours and as I cannot wait i've had to use another service provider in the meantime.

Orbit Translation is unequivocally a scam! They debited $98.00 from my account on February 20, 2024, yet as of March 21st, I have received nothing in return. Despite numerous emails sent, there has been a complete lack of response from their end. I don't know how I am going to get a refund

Scam do not lose your money this is scammers if you need fast and quantity service use rushtranslate.com do not waist your time here they ignore email and I called the number someone spoke Spanish I couldn’t understand what he said. And lose money Bacause I didn’t received my document.

The best service and price. Response time and communication, was great. Within 24 hours everything was ready. I will recommend this company for your translation needs. I am well please with the service.

Scam, paid 7 days ago and no response

Outright scam. If you need a reliable translation service look elsewhere.

Submitted an order, they ignored all emails and calls, the number listed goes to a foreign speaking person with no English. A few days later, after I disputed the charge, they suddenly sent me the translated letter.

-The trusted pilot rating posted on their site is fake as you can compare it to the actual rating here.
-Their ATA credentials are fake - there's no Orbit Translation certified by them - I checked. The individual signing the translations is also not certified. Save yourselves the headache and don't take a chance when submitting official documents.
-Their address posted is a PO box at a mailing center.

I needed some documentation translated from my native language to English. Orbit Translation translated and notarized my documents within 24 hours. The original documents had some special formatting (barcode, tables etc.). Their translated document's layout was as similar to my original document as possible, so I can say that I'm quite happy with their service quality.

Total scam. Sent my one page document and $20, received nothing even after follow up email. Do not waste your money, try Google translate instead.
