I placed an order with Optically for a new pair of glasses to replace the old worn out pair I had. Although there were some further details needed from my prescription, my glasses arrived very quickly and are just brilliant. I'd like to specifically thank Joy for her super fast and friendly customer service. Its very important to me that companies I buy from retain a strong focus on 'human connection' and that has made this purchase all the happier for me. Thank you Joy, and thank you Optically. :D

Easy to order, good prices & excellent website with ability to check look of glasses on ur face. Quick response to order. Took quite long for delivery but during covid lockdown

Would highly recommend this ccompany even through ordering whilst in lockdown they did everything to get my glasses to me quickly. Had a problem with size of frame and they offered to remake. Would recommend.

I have had two reglazes now and the first was amazing and quick service this time a lot slower due to covid maybe. Good customer service and fast email responses

My glasses looked fantastic- exceeded my expectations.. very good quality.. the progressive prescription lenses were great one slight complaint would be that I need to move them down the bridge of my nose to use distance sometimes which can be annoying.. but overall great value for money.. the frame itself exceeded my expectation. And the communication left a bit to be desired-i felt like I was constantly chasing them for updates-but they were prompt with replies

I had an issue with the glasses I ordered because my original optician gave me the wrong PD. Francis at Optically was amazing and extremely helpful in getting my situation sorted! I was super impressed, especially considering the problem was through no fault of Optically.

IN general the experience was very positive. The only issue was that I was delivered the wrong frames. My original choice was no longer available and a different frame was selected to replace the original order without my agreement. The new frames had a wider bridge size so they do not fit well. However, a replacement pair was sent so that was great. Unfortunately the pair that I had ordered was never stocked again.

The product is great. But delivery can take forever, with no communication from them. Some staff members are really good at sorting queries; others - not so much focused.

The glasses I ordered were not satisfactory as had damaged frames. I was told I could choose another style, and after a week that was not in stock.
Finally ended up with a replacement pair

Wow what amazing support you guys give - I ordered a pair of glasses and for some reason I couldnt see out of one of the lenses - your support team (Joy) was amazing I sent them back and they were replaced - I couldnt have ased for better communication from your team at Optically NZ. well done and I have subsquently reglazed my old glasses with you as well and they have come perfect!
