They sent my shoes to Pennsylvania (I live in CO) and blamed it on me
I live in Colorado. Ordered a pair of Fly London shoes for a trip to Europe. Timing was critical, so I paid for expedited shipping. 5 Days later - no shoes. I call and they saw they are in Pennsylvania and that I put in the right address, but the wrong city...um, what? I don't know anyone in Pennsylvania, PA isn't close to CO on the keyboard. Not sure how this would be my mistake? I'm fairly accustomed to typing in my CORRECT address.
Their solution was I waited for the shoes to be delivered and THEN UPS would go pick them up and deliver them to me. The key question - how are they going to get delivered when I don't live there!? Clearly too late for my trip and my confidence in them actually getting my shoes to me at all, much less in time for my trip, is zero. Now - all I can do is hope they actually refund me.
This was my first and last purchase with OnlineShoes.com. Even the very nice customer service guy couldn't overcome stating that I put in the wrong city when ordering my shoes...pretty sure I know where I live.

staff not very bright
I ordered a wallet, no problem. 2 weeks later I ordered a purse. when I didn't receive a confirmation email, I asked them to confirm my order. They sent a confirmation email, but also said they had to verify my billing address and gave me a number to call which didn't work (I live outside the US and can't use 1-800 numbers). They sent me another number, but the person did not have any record of my order, although I checked my credit card and indeed I had been charged. I don't know why they were having trouble, given that they had successfully sent an order just 2 weeks earlier. But it wasn't worth the hassel to keep phoning and sending emails, so I had to cancel the order. They seem very disorganized and not professional. I won't be shopping there again.

I live in Denmark, i bought some shoes and got a lot of sms durring the sending, that was really god, got them as promised all the whay from Usa.
Can only say, buy from Onlineshoes :-)

Careful
Picking the size on this website can be tricky, because their molds are somewhat smaller than what I'm used to. I had to return the shoes and ask for different size, which took eternity.
