The parts supplied were ok and correct, the packaging wasn’t great although robust, the items inside were just loose and banging together so were slightly damaged upon delivery. As it didn’t affect what it was ( exhaust) I used it anyway.
My biggest irritation was that when I initially ordered it I was explicit in asking that the parts were immediately available and would be promptly sent.
I was assured it would. It wasn’t.
I ordered on Monday morning, it should have arrived by Wednesday at the latest as it was on a 24 hour delivery.
It didn’t arrive on Wednesday so I called to ask where it was. It was only then it appeared to be sent.
It eventually turned up ( damaged) on the following Monday afternoon. 7 days!!!
I am not really impressed and although I eventually did receive the goods and at a fair price the hassle of getting them was not worth the saving.
The call centre did ok in helping although didn’t answer the phone after 4pm. Again more frustration.
I cannot just point the finger at this company as Royal Mail 24hr delivery was also partly responsible.
Not a great experience to be honest and not one I would rush to repeat.

No follow up email after purchase. Left in the dark re delivery, tracking etc. Poor customer service overall. What does it take to send an email ??

They say you cant return items if the box is marked or damaged even tho I received a starter in a box that had a tear across the top of box has it came, i emailed them saying the box was already damaged after relizing I didnt need the starter they just replied with same automated email that they dont accept returns if branded box is marked or damaged ect so now im stuck with a starter I dont need. 21st April iv sent the pictures over just waiting for response now after the phone call

Headache from start to finish, I ordered £950 worth of items when they arrived they sent the wrong DPF after numerous phone calls I sent it back to be exchanged as customer service (if that’s what you can call them)said it had been labelled wrong 4 days pass no update so I email and call them to be told they don’t have the correct part in 😡🤦‍♂️refund please 5days pass no refund so again I email, call them to be told o we forgot to process it finally get my money back 10 days later. Jokers . So if you’re thinking of buying anything from this company beware ☠️. Do yourself a favour and use cats2u

My experience with online automotive has been excellent, the only down side is that after you have been told that you're order was successful and is being sorted, there are no follow up emails telling whether your order has been delivered to you chosen destination or designated freight forwarder.
It is either the above or the emails are being lost, IE I have not received them!
