Waste of money!!!!! People please don't sign up for any of this course!

I wouldn't recommend this company to anybody. The content was all lifted from textbooks which I ended up having to pay for anyway to fully understand because it wasn't copied well. The childcare and education course was full of outdated language and absolutely no explanation of what was expected from assignments beside "read this document". Most of the assignment questions weren't even answered in the content of the course either so I might as well have just read the textbook and saved myself £400. Didn't even complete the course because after a few months of trying to teach myself the course I got so frustrated that I just never went back on the site. Really disappointed. I would contest it for a refund but the reviews don't give me much hope that I'll ever see my money again. Waste of time and money.

After reading other people's reviews on Google regarding this course provider - then adding my own on Google. I thought I'd do one here aswell.
I can relate so much with all the other 1star reviews about this learning provider.
The learning material is outdated and very poor.
The Tutor feedback isn't helpful, so you have no idea what you need to change.
The communication is awful.
They don't even introduce themselves when you start the course,like other tutors I've had with other learning providers (Open university)

I only wish I'd of read these reviews before I signed up with them.
It's been nothing but a nightmare, I felt totally unsupported while doing this course. I've had to contact my bank to get any more payments stopped. As when I tried to stop payments I was given an email address that doesn't work, when asked if they could email me the admissions teams email I never got it.
When I rang them, they was unprofessional and didn't deal with my request to cancel my enrollment.

Please if your thinking about doing any online course make sure you do your checks, make sure they are accredited learning providers, and read other people's experiences.

Doesn’t deserve one Star, cancelled my course and was still billed, was told numerous times that they cannot cancel payments being taken until 2022 even after me explaining my unusual circumstances! Very unprofessional, not helpful at all, the course itself seemed fine but little to no support at all! Needing to resubmit multiple times for no reason and then you only get 4 tries! I’ve learnt my lesson to read reviews!!!! AVOID

Really enjoyed my course with the Online Learning College

Dont trust, they keep trying to take your money even if they don’t answer back in your requests! No help for foreigners, no communication at all they were repeating theirselves without even answering my questions making me feel like I don’t even know how to speak english, they didn’t return the money back, they decline cause it’s been more that 2 weeks from my request, and that’s because they answered be 2 weeks after!! Huge FRAUD!!!

FRAUD!!!! i enrolled on a course and didnt receive any login details! i then requested a refund 1 day after paying and WELL WITHIN 14 DAY REFUND PERIOD. I have been fobbed off 4 times and keep getting told the admissions team will deal with. Its been 4 working days now and not heard anything. I have made numerous calls and messages on the live chat which i have evidence of but no responses still. AWFUL COMPANY. I will be reporting to my bank as fraud and will be in the process of getting my money back. I have all calls recorded and screenshots of emails ive sent and messages on live chat. Unprofessional as everytime i have called a childish woman answers in a immature manner. She cant even type with proper grammar as per the live chat.

What a waste of money. I did the Childcare course for childminding. It was expensive £400 for both me and my daughter. Childminders - you can do this course at Childminding UK for £100 and it’s far better.
The course was not explained properly and Charlotte Armitage the awful tutor, it took days to get back to you and when she did it was useless info. After submitting my course of 50 questions - she wanted a bibliography. Waste of time and money - please do not waste yours.

Think carefully before signing up. Signed up for maths course and wasted £250. The course work is littered with mistakes. Tutoring is non existent and can take up to 5 days to answer simple questions. You may a well buy a text book and work to that, avoid at all costs

Very unprofessional. Do not do business with these people. They are dishonest, rude and have no integrity.These people advertised a role of "Freelance GCSE Tutor". They were eager for me to join them. As it turned out, the advertised job was false and wanted me to do admin work instead. Their manager arranged a phone interview scheduled for 21 Sept. at 10am. I waited for 30mins and received no call. After 2hrs, nobody made any attempt to contact me with an explanation. I had to call them to find out what was going on. I spoke to their manager, who had scheduled the appointment with me and failed to make the scheduled call. He casually apologised, yet wasn't sorry enough to contact me in the 2hrs after our scheduled appointment. Due to their conduct, I also have my suspicions about their positive reviews. As a subscriber to "Which?" goods and services watchdog, they publish informative materials and recently campaigned to alert the UK market on "Fake" Positive reviews and how to spot them. Online Learning College is a perfect example of that. Beware of this company.

Health and Social Care CACHE Course.
By far, the worst course provider EVER!!! I have begged and requested help in order to complete assignments but they are unable to breakdown concepts in order for the individual to learn. Basically, there are not trained teachers. They can't teach. I am in the process of trying to get my money back. I do not recommend this course. It's a complete waste of money.
