I studied my level 3 in Childcare and it was a good experience, the tutors we helpful and provided guidance when necessary

I started level 3 course on 1st August 2022, passed every unit 90 odd per cent except the first one where I was ill coming off holiday which I still got over 80 per cent on. Generally I found the course really enjoyable, the site easy to navigate and Robyn my tutor at face value very kind, helpful and supportive and felt I could email her if I needed anything course related. I have since been taken on as an apprentice in my retail job as a result of completing this and also as an administrative volunteer for my local council getting some great work experience. I WILL return to do my level 4 in the near and not too distant future in human resource management because I think this will also benefit me if I intend to follow through on lofty career ambitions.

My tutor was amazing, she helped with all of my queries, no matter how small. Quick and easy enrollment. Im considering joining again soon to complete another course.

Paid £400 for a level 3 course. It’s a scam! The course material is boring and repetitive. Kept sending my assignments back with a website address on plagiarism and no other guidance. My answers were not plagiarised….. a list of legislation cannot be changed as that is the name of the acts. This has gone on for a year, one unit got accepted finally and then got told my course time was up and it would cost £60 a month to continue. So I have thrown £400 away on this scam but better than gambling another £60 a month for goodness knows how long as they drag out sending assignments back for months or even years! There is no tutor support. SCAM. GO ELSEWHERE! I already have levels 3, 4 and two level 5’s in similar subjects and have never encountered such an awful experience. They purposely don’t pass assignments so you pay more money.

After many years away from learning I thought I would opt for on line level 3 course which ties in with my current job - I presumed all the guidance and information I would need to learn would be provided - It is not ! This seems to fall well short of it - you’re left to do lots of research from books and online and no guidance regarding how to go about the assignments - This is simply a online question site with automated marking ! Waste of hard saved hard earned money

It’s so easy to use, tutors are helpful and I’m excited to continue my learning with them.
