They won’t speak to you if they don’t have the answer. They state they have no managers there. I think this company is a big scam earning money illegally.

Absolute crooks! issued me with a PCN saying i didn't pay for parking when i did, but the ticket machine only printed out half my registration, hit me with a £60 fine which i appealed (via The Independent Appeals Service (IAS) which surprise surprise went against me, clearly both companies here are running a scam, having lost my appeal i now have to pay £100, i am seeking legal advice

Rip off company. Making money out of people by not making signs clear. Disgusting company. Parked in Milton Keynes Centre Mk, parked right in front of a ticket machine, paid my £3. 7days later get a fine through the door saying ticket was invalid. No clear signage about where to pay and as I parked right in front of a ticket machine I assumed that was the right one. How I was wrong!! It has put me off going to Milton Keynes, will be complaining to council to try and get to ban this company.

An extremely negative experience. I made a genuine mistake and parked down a road where many cars park near a block of flats. A fine arrived in the post mid October 2024, dated 19th September 2024. This letter stated they had contacted me a month prior (so this would be august and they had not) and as I had not responded an increased charge was issued. I responded to this notice via appeal, to explain my circumstances and that I did not receive the initial letter and to apologise for my mistake. I respectfully explained that I work for public services and would not intentionally violate parking restrictions, and would appreciate if the initial price was honoured as I had not had the opportunity to make this payment. Ocean parking 'info team' responded rudely stating no further correspondence will be accepted in regard to the notice.

I am hugely disappointed by the lack respect, understanding and humaneness experienced. I would not advise this company be used by any businesses, as they have extremely poor customer service and rude staff and appear fraudulent in the information they share.

The most inhumane parking company in the UK. I am so annoyed, this parking company are clearly a money making business and have no idea what a parking service is meant to provide, parking isn't meant to be so granular and tightly formed that is has no human consideration.
I paid for 5 hours and left the parking area 5 hours 18 minutes, the reason for this is because I had health issues that day, I mentioned that I was happy to pay but given I'd already paid for 5 hours, should that money not be deducted from the fine and the answer was no, totally disregarded my initial payment and I'm having to pay £100 for 18 minutes, totally ridiculous.
To top it off, I spoke to a human on the phone that responded like a robot, he just kept repeating that my total duration was not paid for and a decision has been made, over and over, no compassion, no empathy, just scripted responses.

Challenged a Parking Fine received from Metro Inns Walsall - my son failed to input his car registration into the tablet which he did not see and was not informed of by staff. They rejected the appeal even though he demonstrated he was a customer - has now been passed to a debt collection agency, so they will no longer discuss the case - Like all other reviewers I feel they are an unprofessional outfit just wanting to scam genuine customers.

Absolute scammers, charging £100 parking fines for PAYING BY CASH. Signage is not clear in the car park (Peel Centre, Stockport)
Even if you have a 2 HOUR PAID Ticket and stay only 43 mins they will try to charge you a PCN . and they track your car and even send bullies to your home and throw oaps to the ground .. then run away when men turn up ..

Absolute scammers, charging £100 parking fines for less than half an hour. Signage is not clear in the car park (Peel Centre, Stockport), and parking in a retail park should never be charged. Says something about the company too that to complain you have to write a physical letter to their address, no email or phone number in sight. I won't be coming here again, just driving business out of this retail park.

I got a PCN for parking more than 20 minutes in the McDonald's parking lot in Wisemore Central, Walsall.
I have a question for Mr. Management: How can you expect to order, wait for an order, and eat at McDonald's in 20 minutes? Me, my wife, and three kids!!!! It is a mockery for people to have 20 minutes of free parking, and I also feel discouraged from ever eating at McDonald's.

Total bunch of M*r*ns, not sure how the owners of this company sleep at night. Recently changed parking time from 3 hours to 2 hours which is NOT enough time for a DISABLED person to shop at 3 different stores in the PEEL RETAIL PARK, Washington Tyne & Wear area. I provided proof of the 3 shops visited and the time it took to get around (validated on store receipts) on my appeal and my appeal was rejected. It took me 2 Hrs 20mins in total and this is late September so how would anyone get around in "UNDER TWO HOURS" during the busy Xmas period when you have to wait around 45 mins for a parking space?. Disabled concessions do not apply and NO EXTRA TIME if you are disabled, same rules apply whether you are able bodied or disabled which really is discrimination against DISABLED people, I'm sure everyone will agree. Company does not care, they just want your money to pay for their extended family Xmas presents (New cars and bigger detached houses and maybe a holiday or two to the Bahamas), you have been warned! I for one will NOT be visiting this retail park ever again nor will I use any other car park run by these Charlatans, yes just another scheme they have concocted to get your money. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED" Message for Ocean Parking: 99% 1 star rating is NOT something to be proud of, nor is ripping off able or disabled body shoppers in the middle of a cost of living crisis, you should be ashamed of yourself but to be honest I don't think you give a castlemainexxxx.

Received a £100 car park fine for allegedly not paying my car park fee 3 weeks ago. Apparently they’d sent me a letter 2 weeks ago saying if I pay it now it’ll be £60. This was never received and I don’t believe it was ever sent.
Luckily for me I found my car park ticket in my door panel, sent it in for an appeal and magically my fine has been cancelled and they’re “sorry for any inconvenience caused.”
This company shouldn’t be allowed to operate!
So many people must be getting ripped off because they throw their ticket away thinking they won’t need it again.
Moral of the story: always keep your car parking tickets!

I think it is grossly unfair for people being minutes late and those that overstay for hours being fined the same amount

Parked in a disabled bay with a blue badge and signage is not clear that you STILL HAVE TO PAY with a blue badge,what a way to discourage shopping at Stockport wont be going again,these people are scum and I hope they dont sleep at night

Recently got their PCN in which pretending to be comprehensive but vacant in fact. Their so-called evidence was to capture my car enter and exit the carpark where I entitled to park and with some vague wording. File an appeal but no news since. So I complained to the company straight away and demand them to change the parking management company.

Highway Robbery!
I went into 3 shops spent > £100 and was fined £60 for the privilege!
The appeal process is an absolute waste of time as they’ve already made their mind up!
What a money making racket !! Just stay at home and shop on line !! 😡
