First of all - wow. What an establishment. Superhero Jamie Ashford swooped in to save my faith in humanity. After continuous let downs from other estate agents, I was beginning to think the human race was only out for itself… until we were introduced to the North Street branch of Ocean. Jamie handled our tenancy application with professionalism, speed and rigour, despite various setbacks on our end.

Ocean were good but we stipulated a few times that we wanted all pots and rubbish removed from the property we were purchasing. However everything was left for us to get rid of (another expense). Surely this should be checked out

We needed a quick sale on our house to secure our dream home. Claire has been brilliant at rapidly turning around getting our house on the market viewings and offer within 2 weeks. Photos and marketing looked brill. The online portal to manage the advert, viewings and offers were great. Claire provided viewing feedback within 15 mins and was very available on phone and email to help us whenever needed.

We went in with very little understanding of how house purchases and mortgages work, and he was able to talk us through step by step what all the jargon meant, what the real world implications were for different types of property or mortgage, and was very patient with all of our many questions!
