Customer service is unbelievable, been waiting over a week for a phone call. Continuously told a manager will call within the day, and nothing.
Even call from managing director did not materialise as promised.
Think twice before you buy from this company.

Delivery has yet to happen - Go logistics are incompetent.
After 2 planned delivery slots we still don't have our order
They haven't planned properly for the bad weather in some parts of South Wales today - where we live is accessible but the driver couldn't come over the Bwlch Mountain because of ice so would be over his hours if he came to us now - should have checked road reports
Last week the driver blatantly lied that he had telephoned me and said he couldn't get an answer from our door.

The hinges do not work. Evidence of split in wood appears to be treated. However as this is reclaimed oak, feel its still nice. The top has a beautiful tactile finish.

They have a good range of furniture shown via a good web site. Ordering was easy, and the furniture arrived within the time range given, and in good condition due to the packaging. Have bought two items so far. Much better than the other well known company.

I'm really pleased, the tables are lovely and beautifully made and finished off. The packaging was excellent no flimsy box there. Even the guy that delivered them was great. So all in all its 10 out of 10 :-)

Very pleased with my furniture,which I have just assembled. However there is slight scratch damage to one of the doors which I am about to send a picture of to Oak Furniture Solutions to request a replacement which I hope will be granted and problem resolved. Otherwise thoroughly reccomend.

Bought a lamp table as a gift for a family member for Christmas. Ordered and delivered in less than a week. Really impressed with the service. Even more impressed with the item.

Having ordered 3 items, sideboard, book case and a dresser totalling £1,400.00 from the Rivermead design. Items turned up after un-packing the items we realised the dresser had a split in 2 of the legs on one side about 12 inches long, also the door on the left hand side was hanging off and badly damaged. This was sent back and a replacement was ordered. Having inspected the replacement we realised there was a nasty, almost black piece of wood spliced into the leg and it curves off at the bottom (wish i could show the picture) having spoken to customer servics on at least 3 occassions i was told "what do you expect from
furniture at this price" i was then told " if you want it perfect it would be bespoke" I couldn't believe what i was hearing. They will NOT replace the item. I am now going to trading standards to see where i stand legally. AVOID THIS SHAMBLES OF A COMPANY, SEARCH ELSEWHERE, I WILL BE FOR MY BEDROOM FURNITURE.

good communication but having received the order, the units do not look the same shade as each other, the shelves do not fit properly (they wobble and look like they do not fit) and it just doesn't look that well made. rather disappointed for the money spent but sadly, as its near Xmas, it'll probably take weeks to replace it.
