Really good service , excellent delivery team . Would of been five stars , not made clear enough that the product wasn't in stock . The bed is absolutely fantastic.

Dreadful service.

They took the payment from my credit card, then 3 days before delivery, the delivery company said the item wasn't in stock and wouldn't deliver as agreed. Oak Furniture Solutions didn't even bother to let me know about the situation and. I had to contact them for a refund as the new stock wouldn't arrive for 3 months. They said they would expedite a refund, as it was their fault, but didn't do the refund for 12 days!!!!

I wouldn't use them again and don't recommend that anyone else does.

I recently placed an order with oak furniture solutions and received excellent service from start to finish. I was kept up to date at every stage of the process and received my order much quicker than expected. I was informed of my delivery time slot in good time and the delivery men were quick and efficient. I am thrilled with my purchase and would highly recommend oak furniture solutions. I wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again.

Ordered a small cupboard. The details were very clear on the website and the delivered cupboard was as described. I was kept informed as to delivery date throughout the process, had to wait a bit but not in any hurry. The quality of the item was most important.

I placed an order on 24th November for a table and benches with a delivery of 2-4 weeks. I sent and email on16th December asking when to expect delivery. I then called the next day and was told my order wouldn't make Christmas (which it should have). I asked for a manager to call me back, and when they did I was told that my order was for a discontinued line and someone should have called me to tell me. It's now going to take a few days for them to repay me.
What a bunch of cowboys!! Don't buy from them.

Excellent service. Great to be able to ask question via online chat. I did and was answered within minutes. They had to check something which they did and got back to me promptly. It felt like a personal service as in 'face to face' with a human, if that makes sense. Really appreciated. Good quality furniture, well impressed.

Part of a large order, very well made. Very well packed, had to phone office to make some changes, they answer the phone and spoke English, very helpful. The courier was very helpful, I looked inside the van, he had strapped all items inside the van so they did not bounce about, first driver put all box’s in our bedroom, second driver did the same. First class product and service thank you.

Item received was very well packaged and delivered on the stipulated day and within the time slot.l was very pleased with the item and service from this company.

lovely item, had to plane one of the doors as it was very tight to open & close, has veneer side panels, otherwise all good.
