I bought a 'reworked B' Aruba pushchair for an amazing price.
Ordered on a Friday evening and was delivered first thing Tuesday morning.
Was thrilled to discover when it arrived, it came with footmuff, raincover and car seat!
Brilliant, highly recommend to anyone who will listen!

The prices are very affordable making this website accessible to those on a budget. Delivery is reasonable and fast. Would use again.

I was using the instant messenger facility to speak to someone in relation to the part I needed which he confirmed was included within the particular was looking at. Satisfied I had the right parts I needed I made my purchase.when this come the part I needed wasn't included at all. Couldn't get tuft ugh on the phone so I messaged them through email over a week ago and no replay

Time wasters

My item got delivered to the wrong address by the courier. I had to chase the courier company up myself and they were not happy to speak to me as they said they should only deal with the sender of the item. I asked nursery value and was told I had to deal with the courier.

Item was dispatched quickly and of high quality but I would have liked abit more support from nursery value with my issues with the courier that they used

item as described.

Really couldn't find any fault with the reworked buggy, such a bargain.

For a reworked pram cannot fault it. Very minor markson wheels which wwiped off. Pleased with it. However the re worked car seat is a little tatty on the handle lots of scratches which dont wipe away. I guess thats the chance u take.material on it is fine.

I bought a great cosy toes at a excellent price highly recommend

The stroller and associated bits arrived well packaged when promised, price was good and ordering was easy.

I am pleased with the service I received from nurseryvalue. The pushchair I ordered arrived within two days, and I am pleased with the quality.

I was initially happy with the quick delivery of my order however unfortunately my order was faulty on arrival and thats when I started to encounter problems.
Customer service drastically need to improve their after care service when problems arise. Not once did I receive a reply to e-mails sent, no contact number to speak to someone on the phone , live chat online is a joke either it was offline or if they did appear as showing online then nobody actually spoke back to you! If it weren't for the facebook page I think I would still be trying to sort out my refund. Although I still did encounter some problems on their facebook page having to push for replies as to what was happening .
Use at your own risk and if lucky you will get a good deal and be happy with your purchase however I will not be using them again.

A friend directed me to this site. I received a great item, I am very happy with my new pram, they provided a great service with super fast delivery and I would recommend buying from Nursery Value to anyone. Will buy from here again in the future.

It took 3 weeks to receive my full order. I ordered the Petite Star Zia x4 travel system, it arrived without the coverters allowing you to use the car seat in the pram/stroller. It then took a further 3 weeks for the part to be posted to me after numerous emails.

I was really impressed with the value for money, the pushchair and car seat are brilliant and arrived within a couple of days. My only gripe was that despite ordering the car seat and pushchair together the adaptors needed to use the pushchair with the car seat weren't included.

I bought a re worked B pushchair and its immaculate! So pleased with it and the cost of it was amazing :)

I ordered a rain cover for an Njoy Bubble pushchair. It was delivered next day without my requesting it and at no extra cost.

Received our reworked B petite star zia x in black and I am very happy with it. It looks brand new and I wouldn't have known the difference between a new one and a reworked.
Very quick delivery, very pleased.
