Ordered petite star ziax, reformed and was amazed when a brand new, completely unused or opened pushchair arrived. Only down side is very difficult to get hold of any customer service but would still reccommend!

We needed a new hood for our Petite Star pram. I found the full colour range on Nursery Value at a price that was more than reasonable.
We ordered one day and it arrived the next.
Great service and so easy!

I do not have a problem with the companys website or the fact that the item I ordered arrived at my daughter-in laws house in a decent time but when ordering the item needed I was asked to contact the company to confirm colour. Despite a phone call to the number given (which is not the same company!) and 3 E mails to which I had no reply some sort of contact from someone from NurseryValue would have been appreciated to reassure me that my daughter-in-law would receive the correct colour. Luckily it was !

Was looking for a faux fur cosy toes for a while. Can't belive I got £60 of this one. .... great bargin!

I have pre-ordered a product from nursery value (petite star walker) and haven't received it yet so cannot give an all round review.
However, I am disappointed with the lack of information. It was only when adding to basket was there a mention of expected delivery date and I have received no further information as to when I can expect the product. The email confirmation is a standard template saying goods will be dispatched in 1-2 working days which I know is not the case as I would have received long before now. I would like to be better informed of when I can expect the item. It has been fully paid for after all!

Great compact pushchair although not as a compact as the Zia 3 wheel. The package is great value with a lovely cosy toes. The change bag appears a great additional but can carry little weight and is cumbersome on the back of the pushchair. Colour is good, not as vivid red as pictured - liked the colour a lot better when I received it.

Very very disappointed I make my order in the 4 of October and I didn't see anything and I pay for next day delivery and plus that I stay and wait every day and nothing.......

I placed an order on Saturday 5th October, now the 14th and still haven't received my order. The website states 1-2 working days and doesn't use a tracking service. So all Mike (from website) can say is sorry we can't track it. I wonder if ill get it today?

I brought a reworked pushchair for a 1/3 of the retail price. It came well packaged and I inspected the items all over and couldn't find any fault whatsoever.
I would recommend a reworked pushchair to anyone considering it as mine was 'as new condition' (pramette, cosy toes and car seat). All of this for less than £100 delivered!!! Absolute bargain!!!
Also great for people of tight budgets as you don't have to compromise on quality.

I searched high and low for a suitable push chair for my little boy. I wanted one which was easy to put up and quick to put down, comfortable to push, attractive, and most importantly comfortable for my little boy to sit and to sleep. Everything I came cross in the high street didn't completely match what I was looking for, until I came across the ziaX. As many new parents find out that to have the best for your new child can be pretty expensive so when a friend of mine recommend this site to me I was over the moon. I bought the ziaX (B) and was expecting a fully working pram with a few cosmetic defects. How wrong was I ?? The pram came fully assembled and I've searched high and low for any cosmetic wear and haven't yet found anything to obvious. The delivery time was very quick which was fantastic. And most importantly my son loves it. The only bad thing I can say about this site is I don't think it's advertised enough. What a fantastic pram, will defiantly be using this site again !!

What a super pushchair - I was a little dubious about buying a B grade item but what a surprise - it has a small defect but nothing that detracts from the working of the product. As a granny I did not want to pay a fortune for a pushchair that only gets used twice a week but I don't think I could have done better had I spent a large amount of money. Thank you very much.

Bought a lovely foot muff. Arrived quickly & was immaculate for half the price!

I ordered a buggy for my grandaughter with a footmuff and bag. I ordered them on Friday evening and they were delivered first thing Tuesday morning. Excellent service and speedy delivery. This was the only place I could get exactly what I wanted at a very good price.
