Nova have been excellent from initial orders right through to delivery. They went above and beyond my expectations in their customer service.
They have been honest in all their time schedules and kept me updated.
In particular a special mention to two staff members who made my purchase much easier Mr Ian Reid and Mr Martin Hughes who went beyond their call of duty to make my experience much more pleasant and are huge assets to this business. I trust they get the recognition they deserve.
The staff are knowledgeable, pleasant and friendly. Any products I have purchased have been the envy of my neighbours and will last a lifetime.
Keep up the good work guys and i will be recommending Nova to all my friends and neighbours. When I need more furniture I will most definitely be back!!!

Assisted with my Pergola delivery
I ordered a Pergola through Mattresman and couldn’t get a delivery date or when my item would arrive! They kept advising that the item was delayed and week after week was advised the same thing.
I decided to contact the manufacturer and was assisted and very much helped with the process and progress off my Pergola.
It arrived the following week and although it hasn’t been installed I’d just like to thank the company for helping speed up my delivery.

Great supplier
I have found nova to be a professional company to deal with , excellent products and excellent communication in a difficult market place. They supply to our garden centre and have worked with us to grow our garden furniture category. Any issues are dealt with professionally and in a timely manner. Following an issue with my table top, I rang and spoke to Ian, who listened to my concerns and addressed the problem immediately.
