Had the first KIA service today for a new car , when we had a Toyota Rav 4 it always came back washed and vacuumed so a bit disappointed that no cleaning done.

Excellent Customer Service …
I recently had my new Nissan Qashqai delivered to my home address by Norton way. It was only after the driver had left I realised that a plastic cover was missing from one of the wheels. I phoned Norton Way and spoke to Jeff who was very helpful and understanding of my situation. He pulled out all the stops and arranged for a new cover for the wheel. In fairness he did not have to do this as I had signed for the new car as being all in order but Jeff went over and above to help me out. The new part arrived the very next day as promised. Top customer service and Jeff was outstanding and helpful…⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ service will definitely use Nissan Norton Way for future car purchases. Thank You

Disappointed with the Communication
My meeting with Daniel Kardos, Motorcycle Sales Executive was impressive. Not only he knows about motorcycle, but he understands what customers wants and never pressure customers into something they don't like. His recommendation are very logical in some aspects. However, I do feel sorry for him. All the effort he put into the business is not given the full support. There is a serious communication issue with this branch, it is very difficult to speak to anyone when I made a phone call. In the end I had to travel to the branch to sort out my issues. My verdict, no matter how good your sales, technical and finance staff may be, but if the business system can not support them. Initially customers will change their mind and start shopping elsewhere. I keep getting emails, text messages reminding me of my service due date. It's frustrating when no one answered the phone but a machine, when you get transferred, no one pick up the call. My question is, what is the point of all the promotion and technical support when theres no one to greet the customers? Even the website is unreliable, the bike I wanted was sold, but the website was not updated. If I didn't have a 2nd option, I would have gone somewhere else. Made me think twice before buying another Honda from this branch especially.

Disorganised and Incompetent
Beware if you bring your car here. I’ll start by saying if you’re buying a car here the experience is better than other garages. We have no complaints about the service we received on that occasion. On the back of the service we got when my partner bought a car previously, I decided to bring my Kia to GWR Kia for an existing aircon fault.
I was dealt with by a guy called Ben/Benjamin. The first issue was he couldn’t be bothered to set up an account for me. When I gave him my address it brought up my partner’s details, so he decided to use those. Not ideal.
Second issue, booked a date for the aircon check, since it wasn’t working, was told by Ben the car would be ready to pick up that day. Half way there I get a phone call telling me “the cars not ready”. Thats it, no explanation, no elaboration.
Turn's out the car wont be ready till next day. Pick the car up next day to be told they cant find the problem and will need the car for a week. It wasn’t convenient then so had to re-book. Next appointment was in two months.
Next appointment comes around. I bring the car in as arranged only to be told that a part that was ordered two months ago is not available, its gone missing or it was used by another tech, or maybe Benjamin didn’t order it at all, who knows. Bear in mind when they had the car two months ago, no one mentioned to me what was faulty, and now I find out they’ve ordered a part (supposedly).
The trip would have been a complete waste of time if my car didn't need a service. Ben wasn’t forthcoming about any additional products, I had to press him about other services that might be of interest. Finally settled for an engine flush which was part of a Kia car care add on.
So i get a phone call around 3.00pm telling me my car was about to be washed and would be ready by 4.30 that day. I turn up at 4.45, the cars still being washed.
Sat at the dealer for an hour before the car was sorted .
Bens getting the bill ready. “Oh the engine flush didn’t get done”, thats it, no explanation, nothing.
After pressing Ben for a reason, he made out that they’d run out of engine flush. Which was B.S. They’d run out of time more like or just couldn’t be bothered.
The only reason I chose the add on was for the engine flush.
Still they took it off the bill. As yet no word on when the cars aircon will be fixed (Its been two months already), and no offer to carry out the engine flush they missed out. And oh, the car they spent forever washing. Well that was dirtier than it was when I brought the car in. Pathetic really.
Customer care call me a couple of days later for a review. Needless to say it wasn’t favourable. And no I still haven’t heard back from them.
Disorganised and incompetent are words that would aptly describe GWR Kia’s service department.

There had been some accessories fitted…
There had been some accessories fitted to the bike at the dealership which left some dirty hand prints on the white paint work. It’s not a major issue but a final check over before handover should have picked this up. Overall very happy with the service l received and from the member of the sales team l dealt with specifically.

Very unhappy.
We were not happy at all with the Service we received. We ended up being at Honda Letchworth for nearly 2 hours when we went to pick our new car up. Staff didn’t seem to know what they were doing. Probably last time we will buy a Honda car.

Best car dealership in the whole of Hertfordshire
We had the best experience we have ever had with a car dealership, from the moment we walked in to have a look. Stewart was excellent very helpful, polite and was happy to go through everything.
He kept us updated once the car was ordered.
When collecting the car Stewart again was amazing with showing us everything and the courtesy call a few days after collecting was also something we found really good.
We was made to feel very welcomed and valued as a customer.
