Had the first KIA service today for a new car , when we had a Toyota Rav 4 it always came back washed and vacuumed so a bit disappointed that no cleaning done.

Alexandra-Lavinia Sandu, who sold us the car, was approachable, helpful and didn't pressurise us to make a decision there and then. As a result we came home thought about the car and phoned next day to confirm we wanted to buy it. My husband and I both thought she is extremely good at her job.

Great Car just a little disappointed
Sales person was very polite and the transaction was very smooth. During the selling process I was told that the service history was digital and was currently being requested. I took this as meaning full service history however it transpired that it was only the history from the last owner and not the original owner, by this time I had taken ownership of the car, I did pay the current market value for the car and am now disappointed that I don't have any service history from the first two years. I have to accept that it was my fault as I should have insisted on seeing all history before parting with the money. as I paid the market value price i'm now concerned the car is worth less without this history.

Miss advertising
unfortunately the car was miss advertised and nothing has been done about it. The car advertised as having eskyactiveX engine has a previous version of this engine.
