Excellent customer service
Klaudia, Michelle and Jessica were excellent ambassadors of the business. Polite, friendly, courteous and always in communication and actually called back with information when they said they would. It felt like excellent service from a big company where my expectations were that I was going to be just another customer, but that never happened a d they always made me feel like I was being looked after.

Our Maxus electric E5
Our Maxus electric E5 had a issue with the display screens. The garage we purchased it from 2. Months ago Stoneacre Chesterfield were just not interested as they are no longer a dealer for Maxus . We was just told to contact North side truck & van . How glad we did. Spoke to them on the Friday , took it in Monday. Diagnosed the issue. Parts ordered and fitted all done for Thursday am. Kept in contact with us every day with updates. Top class service highly recommended the team at Atterclife Sheffield. Hope fully the start of a good relationship for our Maxuse5.

Delivery Scam
The parts staff are friendly and helpful but you never know who you’re going to talk to with all calls going through a call center. We have just ordered £1000 worth of parts and asked for delivery due to the weight and told there would be a delivery charge to deliver less than a 100mtrs away. This absolute scam especially when every other dealers delivery from miles away for free.

Ordered service parts and did not deliver sump washer. When I enquired why they say was out of stock. Wanted another £10 delivery fee to deliver a sump washer.

Excellent service from Amy Price
We took our Motorhome to Northside Truck and Van at Elland Road Leeds.
From start to finish Amy Price was amazing. Kept us updated every step of the way. Excellent customer service and with a smile is very rare these days. Nothing was too much trouble for Amy. She really went above and beyond liaising with our motorhome dealer for us,which made it so much easier. If only everywhere had the customer service that Amy gave us.

Right from my first phone call a couple…
Right from my first phone call a couple of weeks ago the service from Northside has been prompt and efficient and helpful. My main point of contact has been Amelia who has been helpful all the way along. Also Josh who worked on the van again helpful and explained the issue… Also everyone else in the office was also just nice and pleasant to deal with. This place in not round the corner from me but well worth the trip.

Clear up front pricing
Clear up front pricing. Very knowledgeable technicians who understand the product. I trust them with my Motorhome to do a good job. Always really helpful and easy to talk to. Had a B service MOT and ATF change along with some field remedies all done with no fuss.

When I first used Northside years ago service was so poor that I left once our contract ended, 6 years later I'm back with them and boy what an improvement.
No matter what my issues are the team always come up with a solution, especially Serena, she really does look after you, she's like my unofficial account manager.

Decals - Warranty defect.
Kane, the NTV representative dealing with this claim was excellent from start to finish. The same cannot be said for your Sub-contractor, Alton cars at Leeds. These were terrible to deal with.
