Fantastic experience at northgate stockton. Very informative and polite staff, Inparticularly Amanda and Chris who have such a friendly personalities and clearly are extremely competent. Someone give them a pay rise before NASA or GOOGLE snap them up.

Craig the technician was fantastic explained the service and checks done and why it's handled differently being a hybrid.

I've visited Northgate in Stockton a few times for servicing, the odd little fault, replacement vehicle etc, the staff who I deal with the most Amanda and Chris are always great, always helpful, they bend over backwards to sort things out,you really don't need to change anything.

Work Van Visit
I visited for the first time last week and again today, my first time dropping off a works van and putting it in for a service. Both Chris and Amanda instantly made me feel at ease with their patience and kindness with what they required from me.
