Really friendly bunch on site, helpful staff and a smooth handover process. Bonus having toilets and coffee available while waiting. Definitely a handy place for drivers doing transport movements.

Been to northgate vehicle hire to get two tyres on the work van had to wait over two hours but it was busy tim was very helpful even gave us tea and and biscuits while we wated👌

I use the reading branch with my work vehicle and there is a always a friendly face when you walk in . great service from both the guys on the front desk and the guys in the work shop, happy to help with any questions i had would highly recommend to anyone in the future.

Great experience at Northgate Reading branch, reception staff were very friendly and welcoming, particularly Tim.
Martin the technician spent time explaining what he had to do in order to resolve the issue with my vehicle. All done at such a reasonable price.
