never answer the phone , promised to drop a car of between 12 / 4 today and it has not turned up and no answer from the phone line , would any one use this company after this honest review , even direct line can not contact them !

Natasha Wells at Egham branch was dealing with my van issue, she smoothly organised my hire van engine oil top up, and the same time she checked if anything else was needed to be done, and luckily she found out that my van had a recall regarding steering column moving parts to be assessed and secured.
