Issue with Delivery and No Contact Received

I am very disappointed. The delivery was promised to arrive at a specific time, but it did not. The reason given was that you were unable to contact me, but I did not receive any calls or messages at all. This has been a very poor experience.

Deceitful and inept

I would provide a 0 star review if I could. Do not use these fools. They first sent my package to the wrong delivery center (after marking it as out for delivery), sat on it for 2 days until I contacted customer service, said they would get an upate to their own instigated investation after 3 more business days, then admitted their mistake and pledged next day delivery. Instead, they marked it as delivered with no attempt at delivery. Now I have no idea where my parcel is and am stuck with their miserable customer service.

Ninjavan membakut

pada bulan 6 2025, saya sedikit trauma berurusan dgn ninjavan membakut kerana staff wanita yg mnjaga kaunter pada ketika itu servisnya sgt teruk. seperti "memilih bulu" sedangkan sy hnya bertanya status parcel sya dan pd bulan 9 2025 ini saya berasa gementar kerana mndpt tahu parcel sya d hntr d ninjavan mmbakut sdgkan sy memilih jnt. tp smpi d kaunter saya d smbut dgn snyuman manis drpd staff baru yg sy dengar cust lain sebut chell. tdk kira muda atau tua, yg bru pertama kali betemu dgn chell ini pasti akan ketawa dn gmbira kerana trasa ramah dan ikhlas. mohon ninjavan malaysia mncontohi sifat staff mmbakut pada sept 2025. and she prove to us she really care about customer because she do all she can to hold parcel.

Ninja Van employees are liars

Ninja Van employees are liars. they said they attempting to deliver but they are not. all amazon orders are returned because they do not deliver, they do not contact you, they just put bogus tags on the delivery. no support via e-mail nor chat.

BAD .

It was good before but I read that they subcontracted Flash Express --- a company known for missing parcels. Since then, there has been an influx of negative reviews. Plus, there is no way to contact them aside from emails, which they never reply to. they have very bad customer service (we actually, customer service is non existent lol) and i have no idea how they got contracts with iherb and amazon

Extremely Disappointing and Unreliable Service

I am highly dissatisfied with Ninja Van Singapore’s service. I had requested a change of delivery address through a live customer service agent, not through the automated system. The agent confirmed that my new address had been updated. Despite this, I kept receiving notifications that my parcel would still be delivered to the old address — the very one I had specifically asked them not to use.
I have been on chat almost every day, sometimes waiting up to 60 minutes even right after their opening time, only to speak with service agents who give empty promises. I left clear delivery instructions both with the live agent and through the automated system, asking that the parcel be left at my mailbox or with condo security. Yet the driver ignored these instructions completely, and Ninja Van refused to update my address properly.
It makes no sense to offer an option to leave delivery instructions when drivers never follow them. I even checked with my condo security, who confirmed that no Ninja Van delivery was made, as all deliveries are recorded in a logbook, and there was no record of any attempt.
After two failed delivery attempts, I finally spoke with an agent named Kimi, who promised the parcel would be delivered that night and continue with auto redelivery the next day. I waited, only to find out at 10 PM that the delivery had failed again, and the parcel was sent back to the sender.
This is by far one of the worst delivery companies I have ever dealt with. In the past, Ninja Van even marked parcels as “delivered” when they were not, and I only received them days later. It’s disappointing that sellers continue to use Ninja Van, leaving customers powerless with no control over their delivery options.
I am extremely disappointed — the amount of time wasted trying to resolve this issue is unacceptable, and now the parcel has been sent back through no fault of mine. If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would.

Highly irresponsible courier services & standard no-brainer chatbot…

Just like the rest of reviewers here who are also customers to Ninjavan, they probably had the worse logistics service if not customer service I've seen in ages.

Automated helpdesk agent are nothing but a low-end (quite useless), not more than 3 choices quick answers that provided a standard answers to all requests and questions, and even got the cheek to ask for review after answering customers with their automated AI chatbot that are practically useless with no solution presented whatsoever, until you wait till you are connected to a human-agent, and even then, they cannot solve your simple question of providing you a resolution- of getting their courier to ring our doorbell after leaving the parcel(s) on our doorstep, and sometimes the item can be missing when we discovered it. Extremely irresponsible courier services, because they either not inform you their time of arrival or left the items without messaging the customers, or at least ring the doorbell to notify us.

I don't think I need to say more for those who had used their logistics/delivery services would know what kind of standard Ninjavan will provide. And lastly, I did this review after more than 3 years of observing their operations, since there are still delivery of parcels or items coming mainly from China, and as a customer or receiver, I have no way of stopping the vendor or supplier for using Ninjavan, and since vendors are not located in S'pore, I will only feedback to them to stop using Ninjavan services.

Rider tend to skip the delivery

Rider tend to skip the delivery by claiming they have call recipient and give false photo. Lucky that shopee provide longitude and latitude. The distance between the self claim delivery from my home is unimaginable. If you don't want to work just quit. Bad customer service that give you the website link. Hope the company goes bankrupt.

No drivers, No help and No one working.

No drivers, no live agents, no effort and simply no care for anyone. I was home for over a week and my delivery got delayed for almost 10 days with unsuccessful deliveries when I HAVE BEEN HOME FOR ALL THOSE DAYS. They never bothered to call or ring the doorbell to see if anyone's home. Why bother have a company that doesn't do shit. They don't even have a hotline anymore, probably to avoid angry calls from customers. The only thing true to their name Ninja Van is they're good at hiding from their customers. They deserve ZERO STAR rather than a Pathetic 1 Star

Extremely disappointed and furious…

I’m extremely disappointed and furious with this courier service. My package has been delayed for several days, and every time I check the tracking, it says “delivery attempt failed” even though I’ve been home all day! No one even bothered to call or knock. Their customer service is completely useless—just sending the same scripted replies with no real action or accountability.

This company has no sense of responsibility or professionalism. If you value your time and money, avoid this courier at all costs. They lie about delivery attempts, waste your time, and have zero respect for customers. Absolutely the worst experience I’ve had with any courier service.

1 star is not enough. Negative or ZERO is perfect.

Lost Parcel

I will never use Ninjavan ever again. They lost my package worth thousands and I paid hundreds for the shipping fees, and there's no compensation on their end. The only thing they ever do is tell me they have liased with the seller and for me to contact them for a refund. IF IT WASN'T FOR THE FACT THAT I CANNOT GET A REFUND ON THE HUNDREDS I SPENT ON SHIPPING FEES, WHY ELSE WOULD I CHASE YOU EVERYDAY? Aside from that that, the audacity and dishonesty for you to update the status as "Recovered" when you have no idea where it is. Have you no shame?

Most recent scenario:
Driver threw package over gate. When I tried to complain about this customer services made it very difficult. They were perishable goods and the laziness is what strikes me the most. Just a metre away is a covered driveway. That’s still not where I want my packages left but please have some common sense or eq
