These people are worthless!
These people behind Ninja Van are worthless as a logistics company. One of my orders from Amazon is 10 days late. They say they attempted delivery 3 times which is a blatant lie. Customer service sucks. Driver lies. Support sends a "We received your message" and never follows up. Ninja must mean they hide behind a website, because they sure as hell don't deliver on promises. They have been reported to Amazon. Ruined my husband's Christmas.

The worst delivery company ever, there is always an issue with them, i've experienced the rider taking my parcel and keeping it for himself and marking it as delivered, their riders never call or answer messages and marks the parcels as unable to deliver, like seriously this company should close down in the philippines, absolutely terrible

2 parcel with the same address same delivery date but only 1 arrive. That 1 arrive only after few complain. Even their CS is doing shit. Not helping any all.

If 1st delivery unsuccesful due to the time, try lar change the timing to earlier. why in the freaking time you still wan deliver back on the same unsuccesful time? lazy to think? lazy to use brain?

I can tolerate delays or poor handling but lying is unacceptable as it affects my reputation. Dispatch blatantly lied about my not being on location when there's been no show and zero contact. In fact my attempts to reach out via sms were ignored. Uploaded an image of his WhatsApp account being blocked as proof to merchant of the supposed failed attempt which as far as I'm concerned is a non proof. Lazada's customer support didn't seem at all concerned as if condoning this fraud. Ninjavan's customer service chat is offline. NLMYA69895779
Ninja van claims of delivery failures
Same as many have reported they claim to try a delivery but fail, and if you use the help chatbot on the ninja van site it will direct you to a 300php "refundable" delivery finder service, I have contacted amazon directly about this problem and they are claiming they will take action.
I recommend anyone also having problems with this company to escalate all complaints through amazon or the primary seller since they are the ones posting the refunds.

Terrible. Non existent customer support! Tacking number stated "failed delivery" and then parcel was "lost". Took then 10 (!) working days to reply me to inform that it was lost!!! Completely ignored all emails and there is no phone number or anything to get in touch with them! The worst delivery services i`ve seen!
Worst courier service
Worst courier service I have ever experienced in my whole life. The parcel arrived near me on Saturday morning but on the delivery day, my parcel's status is changed to 'in-transit' minutes after 'out for delivery' status on the system. Can't express how dissapointed I'm with this ridiculous service by ninja.

I was super nervous of my expensive Lego being delivered based on the poor reviews but Credit where it’s due. Delivered in good condition.
Deducted a star only for the poor tracking. Several days between updates and then it just suddenly showed as delivered. And on a weekend. Unusual but appreciated.

Really trashy courier company. Multiple times the couriers will always just dump (dropping my parcels from their chest height) on the floor.

Bruh no delivery attempts made
Bruh no delivery attempts made, but set the parcel to "return to sender". No updates to the intended recipient, just changed the status on their end, and thereafter when i contacted them within an hour of status change, they said they can't update the status anymore.

My package from Amazon was never delivered nor attempted to be delivered but instead was sent an email for 3 consecutive days indicating that delivery was unsuccessful!. I sent email to customer service 3 times and never received a response. I don't understand why the big companies still do business with them.

dogshit delivery. had about 6 boxes of items, opened the gate asked the delivrer to place it INSIDE the house, no need to enter the house. Closed my gate and just placed outside. dogshit business.

Very bad. the driver disappeared and they sent ninja turtles to my house to deliver my parcel. even ninja turtles can deliver faster than the ninja van person.
