Excellent customer service
I had booked tickets for HP, but two weeks before I was due to see it, was gifted a pair - it was such a brilliant show, wanted to see again, but not so soon! Nimax kindly swapped them, for exactly the same seats for a few months time - very quick and easy, was very impressed by the service I received. I'd also mention that when we went, two weeks ago, the front of house staff were also great - noticed I walked with crutches, so whisked me to a side (level) entrance, and pointed out the accessible loo etc.
Absolutely terrific service
I had to change the date of a ticket, due to a family illness. I was able to do it online, and within an hour had a confirmation of my new date. Terrific service - very impressed and grateful.

Booking tickets for five
Booking tickets for five, three of whom disabled, one in a wheelchair. Hannah Couldn’t be more helpful, found the best seats for our needs and spoke to her manager to negotiate a significant discount for us. Very friendly throughout. What a star.

Poor accessibility, but 2 kind ladies
Vaudeville Theatre for Austentatious. I was on the fence about my rating, but 3 covers my overall experience.
Let me start by saying a BIG thank you to two theatre employees (with brown curly hair and straight blonde hair) - sorry, I didn't get your names! You were so kind and helpful to me. If I could give YOU two all the stars, I would! However, the box office, theatre accessibility and your usher colleagues have let you down.
I had dislocated my hip the morning of the show and was on crutches. Despite this, because I was in London for a big pre-planned celebration, I attended the show.
Earlier in the day, I spoke to the box office about accessibility. As I hadn't pre-warned them of this hip/crutches issue when booking the tickets, all they could do was put my crutches in the cloakroom when I arrived. However, when I joined the queue to enter the show the aforementioned two ladies were incredible! They took me out of the long queue, fast-tracked me to the toilets (very small and not easy to get into with crutches), and then walked me up a back alley for step-free access to the Dress Circle! It was amazing!
Unfortunately, my pain had worsened by the interval and I asked the ushers if there was somewhere I could stand to watch the rest of the show (my leg was going numb from the cramped seat). The ushers told me no, it was a fire hazard and I would just have to leave. It was embarrassing hobbling through the audience (non-accessible way) to exit the theatre.
As I was on my way out, the curly haired lady ran over and told me I didn't have to leave - she could find somewhere for me to stand and watch in comfort! It was so kind of her! But by that point, with the ushers' coldness, the walk of shame through the audience, and the discomfort from four sets of stairs, it was already too hard for me to stay.
Sad to miss the rest of the show, but the thing that will stick with me is those two ladies' kindness. I didn't get their names but they had straight blonde and curly brown hair and were so lovely. A BIG credit to the theatre.
Note: in terms of accessibility, there are many sets of stairs though apparently you can book a stair climber in advance. The theatre toilets are very cramped.
Outstanding Customer Service
We were due to see Harry Potter and the Cursed Child, Part 1 & 2 as a 60th birthday present for my husband. Unfortunately I lost my dear friend of over 40yrs in the early hours of our booking date. I rang and spoke with a wonderful lady, Ruth Sheffer, who advised I would need to email in the details and she would speak with her supervisor. I did this and waited, however, I then received a call from Ruth saying the email hadn’t come through and she was concerned time was running out. Ruth then spoke with her supervisor Aiden Barry, who kindly moved my dates and to ensure there wasn’t an increase in price he advised me of the best seats available within my price range.
I cannot thank Ruth and Barry enough, we spent nearly £500 on tickets so it would’ve been a significant loss. The care and dedication Ruth showed in looking out for my email, finding my contact details and reaching out when the email hadn’t come through was over and above. I would confidently book with Nimax Theatres at any time in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to book.

I double-booked myself for the theatre and very helpfully Nimax Theatres allowed me to change it at no extra charge for the same time the week before. It was all dealt with very straightforwardly.
