Exceptional customer service — kind, flexible, and truly human.
We had booked three tickets for Harry Potter in London, but unfortunately my daughter became very sick and we had to return to Italy earlier than planned. After taking care of the urgent situation and bringing her to the hospital, I contacted Nimax Theatres hoping not to lose our booking completely.
Their response was simply outstanding. They immediately helped us move the booking to September, and when I explained that travelling back to London so soon would be very difficult, they offered an alternative refund in Theatre Tokens, which never expire and can be used by us, our family, or even other people.
What impressed me most was not only their flexibility and professionalism, but their genuine kindness. The ladies I exchanged emails with were extremely caring and even asked how my daughter was feeling. In a stressful moment for our family, their support made a real difference.
A huge thank you to Nimax Theatres for such a compassionate, helpful, and customer-focused service. I highly recommend them.

A really fabulous show
A really fabulous show! A magical play between the audience and cast, a real privilege to be part of it. I had seen it previously in London,20 years ago, and this I enjoyed even more. It felt more intimate and joyful.
I took a 15 year old, they loved it and will be putting the poster on their wall! We both left feeling extremely grateful for this experience ! I would be less comfortable taking a younger child.
Of five major west end shows we saw this was by far the most enjoyable.
The theatre staff were helpful and lovely. We were there in the heat wave and the theatre felt cool and comfortable, occasional tube rumbles did not detract.
Overall a phenomenal experience with a fantastic cast, thoroughly recommend

Go see this play! It was outstanding! Incredible acting, the production elements were amazing, especially the dementors! Absolutely the best. The theatre workers were all so kind and helpful. The entire experience was perfect! We enjoyed it being in 2 parts. I highly recommend it!

Made a genuine mistake as I meant to book a matinee instead of an evening performance. Contacted them as soon as I realise I made this mistake. Was told they could only be resold on the day and I’d have to wait as I couldn’t exchange as it was sold out. Rang as I was anxious about this and was assured not to worry as they would be sold as the show was in high demand. No email after the performance and when chased told me they hadn’t been sold and I’ve lost my money. Asked for a bit of empathy as the mistake was made when I was pregnant and I wouldn’t be able to stay in London overnight with my newborn and was basically told tough luck.
Duchess theatre mouse
Visited the duchess theatre last Thursday to watch the play that goes wrong. During the play, I saw a mouse running which was very unpleasant.
Exceptionally helpful staff
Exceptionally helpful staff. We are regular customers and everything is seamless for booking and the shows are always top notch. When we were delayed today and couldn’t make our matinee tickets they quickly sorted us tickets for the evening performance instead at no cost, going above and beyond.
We weren’t able to make it
We weren’t able to make it due to an emergency, and even though other people have been able to have their tickets moved on the day. They refused for me, seems one rule for some another for others.
I understand T&C but when a show is on most days and has availability most days you’d think they’d apply some humanity.
Absolutely fantastic experience
Absolutely fantastic experience! My daughter and I went to see the Six the musical on 10th January, and as someone who relies on a BSL interpreter, I was blown away by how spot-on the interpreter was. Huge thanks to the Access Team for making everything smooth and easy. We felt so welcomed and supported. We’ll definitely be coming back again!

We attended a matinee performance of Hadestown at the Lyric Theatre and had a fantastic time. The theatre was spotless, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the prices for both tickets and interval drinks felt very reasonable. Overall, it was a thoroughly enjoyable experience and we’d happily return.
STAY AWAY FROM THE BAR.
Sent an email to both Nimax and the duchess theatre, Nimax haven't even responded and the manager of the duchess theatre sent a reply full of lies. When you visit The Duchess Theatre in London stay away from the bar, they will happily rip you of. We were in another theatre the night before and ordered 2 large glasses of white wine for £18, in the duchess 2 medium glasses of white wine £25-50p.According to the so-called manager their prices are in line with other theatre's, well I don't know where these other theatres are but not in London or if even on this planet. Nimax theatres haven't even got the courtesy to respond that's how much they care, and as stated the so-called manager lives in his own little world. Update, the response from Nimax Theatres sums them up, absolutely pathetic. Head office won't care anymore than the other incompetent idiots who have replied. This company is a total disgrace and have proved they couldn't care less.

I have had reason s to reach out to the ACCESS team at Nimax recently and the service received was the very best ! Nothing I asked for was too much trouble. If only every theatre operator was like this. Well done to everybody especially Hannah !
Very bad ticketing experience
I recently had an unfortunate experience with NIMAX THEATRES that I feel compelled to share. Their ticket procedure leaves a lot to be desired. I was completely unaware that after purchasing my tickets,Order TFSFNX9, I needed to return to their website to request them, as they would not be sent to me automatically. This process felt quite bizarre and ultimately led to me missing a show, which was incredibly disappointing. Due to this experience, I will not be using this method to buy my tickets again. I hope they can improve their system for future customers.

Nimax theatres customer service have been amazing when organising a special theatre trip for a patient going through treatment. The Access team especially Hannah have gone above and beyond to ensure the patient and her family have the best experience possible including putting extras in place where necessary. I will be recommending them to all family and friends. Thank you again for all your hard work.
