We received a phone call the next day after our enquiry, we ordered the items and they arrived on time, from start to finish we had excellent and professional service, I would recommend this company . Thank you.

Gemma was very helpful and friendly when dealing with my product query and subsequent order of a shelving unit. Delivery was arranged with no hassle and came when it was supposed to. Very pleased with the product and the service. Would definitely order again.

The customer service was great. I wanted to order a sideboard but was not able to visit the showroom, so the staff took a video of it and sent it to me. They kept me updated on the delivery date and it was delivered yesterday by a two man team who unpacked it, put it in place and removed all the packaging.
I couldn't be happier with the quality of the furniture and the customer service.

I bought the olive boucle sofa, love the olive fabric although after just a few weeks it’s already starting to show signs of wear, that’s not the issue though, this sofa is beyond firm! It’s so uncomfortable to sit on, I get back ache every evening from it. Even the back cushions which are softer are filled with such cheap foam you cannot plump them back up. I did email the company who at first seemed helpful. They had another in the warehouse they were going to sit on. I didn’t hear back from them after that, except to say they found the sofa was firm but comfy. I’m guessing they sat on it for about 10 seconds. Either that or they were incredibly heavy so it may have seemed less firm to them. They asked if I had the packaging for my sofa, I paid for the premium delivery service so the delivery men took the packaging with them. So now I’m stuck with this awful piece of furniture. If you like a comfy sofa, go to a store and buy one that you have tested yourself first… lesson learned!

We are very happy with the quality of the large mirror we have purchased, the delivery service was also very efficient.

The whole process from order to delivery was excellent - great communication, and the delivery people were lovely.
We bought irons industrial drawers and we love them - they look great and they’re deceptively spacious.

Great communication and very competitive priced Quality product. I like the fact that you could speak to a human being and was kept informed of delivery.
The Mirror table was carefully unwrapped and packaging taken away.
Ready assembled.
Will most definitely order again.

Good value quality furniture and excellent customer service. We opted for the white glove delivery this time and the dining table was placed in the room and assembled, with all packaging taken away, good value for money.

Placed order for 2 side tables at end of August for items that were supposedly “in stock”
Email received few weeks later to say items “delayed due to supplier problem” Now 1st November and still not received, been told these are late due to “problems in the Red Sea”….
Not great customer service, I have had to email frequently for updates, was told would be sep, then oct, now “sometime in November”
Not great so far… really want the items or I would request a refund which it’s looking like I might have to do…
Don’t order from them unless you are willing to wait months without updates
