Just received my delivery of 4 Oak and Rattan Bar stools this afternoon ,when unpacked are absolutely beautiful and perfect for my kitchen, the whole process from ordering over the phone with Lucy to delivery this afternoon with delivery guys placing my stools in my hall earlier was excellent

Love the product but most of all was extremely impressed with the delivery team who were very helpful, polite,considerate and on time. Whole experience a joy.

Ordered a beautiful chandelier and I am delighted with the whole process. The team couldn’t have been more helpful and sent me close up shots of the light before I made a commitment to purchase. Delivered on time and was kept informed from start to finish.

My husband and I ordered a dining table on 12th Feb, prior to ordering my husband asked what the lead time was to which we received a reply of 10-14 days. 14 days had passed & we received no update regarding our order. My husband emailed twice to get an update, they were both ignored. It was only when he called that he then received a reply. The company took delivery of the table at their warehouse at the start of the month, but failed to book in a delivery & keep us informed. Now 11th March we have taken delivery of the table (FINALLY) - a month from the purchase date - not the 10- 14 day time frame we were provided with.

Not only that, but in trying to put the table together the holes are in the wrong place & new ones have had to be drilled!

Absolutely appalling if you ask me. Please be vigilant ordering from this company. First experience has been a very poor one unfortunately which is a real shame.

A wonderful store with the most unusual and unique furniture and decorative items I've ever seen. One of a kind and certainly worth checking out.

Fifi was so good and helpful I was accompanying my friend who ordered a large amount of furniture and she was knowledgeable of the styles she was interested in and ran about finding out information

Fifi was very helpful running around and looking for the products I ordered. Shop smells lovely and very helpful staff. I have ordered a large collection of goods and it's being delivered over 250 miles away for only 49.99 fab

The delivery was on time and very good! My table was unwrapped by the delivery guys and taken to the room. They were very good to check the glass table top was in good order and they were very polite. The service from the shop was very good.

Excellent service, I was kept informed it would be delivered within 10-14 days, I received an email to agree delivery day and time. The drivers were fantastic so polite, respectful. The chest of drawers is stunning. Will use again.

Visited the showroom about 2 weeks ago and were met by a delightful family that run the company .
They were friendly , helpful , understanding.They went out of their way to help us find what we wanted .
Today they delivered the furniture and the two gentlemen that arrived were fantastic. They unpacked the items , they carried and placed the furniture upstairs . They were extremely careful and carried out their job perfectly.
We are extremely happy and would not hesitate to use this company again.

Everything delivered on time and efficiently.

I took delivery of my drinks cabinet, early delivery was perfect.
The delivery team pulled into my drive and I asked them to put it into my garage which was approximately 12 ft away from the back of the delivery vehicle. I had previously opened the garage doors to put the cabinet in.
Being a heavy cabinet with glas shelves I was surprised that one man proceeded to roll the package over place it in the garage particularly as the outer packaging was marked glass contents.
There was no suggested request to inspect the contents.
When later I opened the packaging I found that the cabinet was damaged on the left hand corner and have taken a photo of the damaged are for your response and will email it to you.

table was brilliant, the delivery team were excellent and offered me the facility to unpack the item to ensure safe delivery.

Great experience from start to completion, love their products as just a bit different. Made a visit to showroom, staff extremely helpful and made every effort so I could view what I wanted (was in the warehouse not the showroom) Delivery arranged to the Scottish Highlands by their appointed courier who were fantastic and all arrived in perfect order. Was kept well informed at all times and timeframe exactly as promised.

I had a fantastic experience from start to finish , from the quality of the furniture to the customer service and delivery . I will definitely be purchasing more furniture as I am very impressed.

Unusual items for sale-definitely worth a wander round large showroom.
