Have been visiting the Chester shop for over 10 years now ,visted today and met the owner of the company and what an amazing lady so passionate and enthusiastic about her business we spoke about how the industry had changed over the years and one thing I can say is this place is real pleasure to visit its so comfortable amazing set up in the shop and staff are so friendly and helpful Karen who has been here right from when I first came in is such a good person you can't help but smile when you see her it's always a pleasure to see her and we talk about anything and everything and again she is very passionate about the shop and how it is ran and stocked if you ever have hesitations or nerves of visiting a sex shop then you MUST come visit here and all your expectations of what the place is like are gone straight away, it's a brilliant very friendly very easy experience and I'm sure if you just visited the once you would surely be back again and again, the stock and knowledge and experience they have is second to none I would highly recommend a visit

Package was carefully wrapped and delivered on time. The product was intact and no faults with it.

I was hesitant at first to visit but upon entering I found the store to be clean, friendly, accepting and welcoming. I was helped by a lovely lady who knew exactly what I was into and helped me beyond my expectations. I will be visitning the store again for two reasons: 1. The good catalogue and fair prices and 2. the expertise, openness and friendliness of the staff.

ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC BUSINESS!!!
went into the Chester store today and spoke to a lovely lady called Trish who helped me and my partner get exactly what we needed and also gave us a few demonstrations that have definitely helped us broaden our horizons of stuff we may be interested in!! absolutely brilliant little shop and fantastic prices for what they sell!! :)

Normally just go in to the shop and buy but I thought I'd try delivery and it was just as good

The site is east to navigate, the choice is huge and when the product arrived.. Great quality and style

Great Customer service.Trish at NNN was a pleasure to communicate with, giving good advice on some questions i asked and being super helpful. The personal response and expertise you probably would never get with a large chain. They have a wide range of choice and stock and my order arrived promptly. I will shop here again and would recommend them 100%.

I’ve known this business since its very early days and it’s no exaggeration to say that they have revolutionised the whole concept of a sex shop. Before they were always rather forbidding and scary places. Nice ‘n’ Naughty changed all this. The manager Trish is a force of nature, one of the most dynamic entrepreneurs imaginable. She is someone you instantly warm to! A superb layout and welcoming and friendly staff who put customers at their ease were instrumental in achieving this. Their knowledge is up to date and relevant to a diversity of intimate tastes and preferences. Over the years I have got to know Carren well and more recently Jaz and Danny. I can say without hesitation they are engaging and approachable, whilst always remaining fully professional. I look forward to my regular visits, as they make me feel like a valued customer every time. In addition, the quality of the merchandise is truly superb and second to none. I have recommended this business to many of my friends and will continue to do so.

Attended your warrington store, great value items, great range of items for whatever you might want. John was incredibly helpful, I came into store not knowing what I wanted, he listened to what type of thing I wanted and found me a product that fit my budget! Been back a few times since and they are always really friendly! I will definitely be back

The staff in the shops have always made feel very welcome and go above and beyond the call of duty.

I visited the Warrington store recently and was bowled over by the level of customer service I witnessed. As soon as I entered the shop I was greeted by Trish with a warm, friendly and comforting welcome. Trish was serving another customer and I quickly became aware of how thoughtful and helpful she was in attending to his needs. Trish then helped with my Wish List and went to a great deal of trouble to source and advise me with regards to the items I had picked-out from the website. I’ve been to both the Warrington & Chester stores and have always found the team extremely helpful. Trish was outstanding and was an amazing ambassador for the brand; she made me feel totally at ease and I won’t hesitate to visit again in the near future.

i went with my partner to the warrington store and was greeted by Trish who was welcoming, made me feel at ease for my first time inside this shop we will definitely be visiting this shop more often. great experience. also we got zumio stimulato that we have both used on each other and it is definitely a toy that i would recommend to anybody to use on either themselves or with their partner, also we got a new paddle that has ribbon on the handle we have also had a lot of fun with this great new toy on the market
