Ai did things fast and not in a way that was helpful. Then it said my case would be seen by a human and it wasn’t. My subscription was cancelled instead of my order. I never asked for my subscription to be cancelled.

No Longer Points Offered
We order many times per year. I understand that costs have been going up and the free shipping is also an incentive to use the same company.
Until recently, there was a point system that would give you some discount. This was taken away without any warning. We still had unused points. When there are internal changes, a company needs to: 1) make those changes known on their website 2) give a cut off date so the client can use their points before then.
A bit disappointed. I also received an email stating that I had points to be used. But the website did not let me use them! Not great.
