I use NHC a lot. NHC carries good brands and there is no charge for shipping. You can get a small discount for auto-order. Once about a year and a half ago I got a bottle of fish oil caps that seemed "off" to me and my money was returned promptly.

Returned product that I did not order over four weeks ago. Credit card company is disputing. Do not order, you will receive subsequent orders w/o your concent - then the issues elevate. They are great either way their apology, always very timely. Just credit my account. Btw, I had to pay $17 UPS to return the product. Buyer be aware.

I have 2 issues with NHC. I have had a subscription for several years for protein powder. My last shipment came packed in literally 5 feet of bubble wrap. Shippments used to be packed in brown paper. A much more environmentally safe packing material. I believe plastic should be fazed out whenever possible due to the negative environmental impacts. When I tried to call to question why the packing materials were changed all I got was the AI Assistant Natalie. NHC's website assures customers they will get to speak with a real person. This is not true. I was on hold for 7 minutes trying to get to a real person when was told I could leave a message. In plan to cancel my subscription if plastic continues to be used. There are plenty of companies who use brown paper packing and guess what it is cheaper than plastic!!

Was able to quickly find what I was looking for and place my order. I have been using the Hylands leg cramp ointment for several years. However, it's hard to find in the pharmacies to be able to buy over the counter.

Your products are good, but your customer service is virtually non-existent. Any time I try to ask a Q via phone or email, I get your d*** virtual assistant "Natalie," who says she'll forward my question or concern "to a member of her team." Nothing ever happens. No one follows up. And your doing away with the loyalty program for all orders except "automated ones" is the ultimate slap in the face. Between July and Aug., I placed orders with NHC almost once a week. You don't think that's customer loyalty? You don't have a loyalty program anymore. You have a program designed to squeeze the greatest amount of passive income out of recurring orders. I'm sure "Natalie" will send me a heartfelt but canned email that will drop into a black hole that no real person will ever see.

Online purchasing is becoming more complicated/frustrating. I can place a product in the cart and system shows me to check out but does not offer “continue shopping “ option. I usually purchase more than 1 item at a time.

Quick service

In April of this year, 2026, I ordered 2 12oz containers of neti-salt from your establishment. I have received those salt containers. For some reason I have now received an additional 8 containers of salt @ $7.58 /each, the most resent 2 on August 17, 2026. And you have charged my credit card $7.58 for each container that I did not order. I have called your organization at least 5 times and left messages to tell you to stop sending the salt. I have contacted my credit card company, and they are deputizing the charges. So why are you still sending me the salt. I now have more than I can ever use in my lifetime.

I called to get my subscription straightened out, but instead of canceling the $29 B12 they sent me 2 more orders. I’ve tried to reach them several times but can never get a real live person to help me. I am disputing the charges on my credit card until this gets straightened out.
